My order was incorrect
My order was incorrect. I was sent the wrong doll and it was poor quality. After several emails they reimbursed $100 of the $124 and I kept the doll. According to my research this is a scam company. Do not order from them.

Toddler doll
I was not happy with the doll and with the way the packaging was damaged, whether this happened in transit or not, it was not protected for the long journey oversees. After complaining i did recieve compensation which in fairness was a relief as i couldnt give the doll to my grandaughter as it was nothing like what i ordered. I have gave the company credit for being quick to reply to complaints and resolved without due concern. Im not sure if this is because the dolls would only amount to a few pounds rather than the price they are asking so they get a rate regardless.

The doll I received looks NOTHING like the picture. Their site is very misleading about the quality you are getting. Not only is the doll not even close to what I was supposed to receive. It also STINKS and has no “baby powder smell”. It’s very poor quality and the “hand” painting is not very good either. I also thought I was getting a doll shipped to me from somewhere in the USA but it came from somewhere in China. I can find better and less expensive dolls at Walmart. My daughter is devastated as this was a birthday gift!

Very disappointed
I just placed a order on 09/10/2022 I received a tracking number . I put in the tracking number i was given to get an update on my order and it came up as “no tracking found”! I tried today as well and got the same response. I emailed y’all yet y’all haven’t got back with me at all. Very disappointed I spent $94 and I’m a new customer

My daughter finally received her doll…
My daughter finally received her doll today. It looks nothing like the doll in the picture we thought we were ordering. I’m so upset that I spent so much money on this doll and it’s nothing like it was supposed to be. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this website. I sent an email asking for a refund, so we shall see if their customer service is any good. I don’t have high hopes for that either.

This was a scam don't waste your money
This was horrible, you see I am mentally ill so I collect dolls like these to help with that, but this was a big let down, I was using my birthday money to buy some dolls and it has been 4 months I haven't gotten the doll, and all it did was take my money and I spent over 300 dollars. I don't think all the apologies mean anything. My sister bought one for me since mine never came and it didn't look like that picture at all. I found the same doll when walking through Walmart.

Junky dolls!
I just received this doll today she barely looks anything like her picture. The collectors box it came in was destroyed; this doll was supposed to be a gift. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves and they should be stopped. These are hard times for most people so when purchasing a sweet gift for someone and not even mind paying a little extra, you expect to get what you paid for. I noticed they have the same message "oh sorry for the inconvenience", no they're not they're just more than happy to take our money and give us crap!

I ordered the sleeping boy Levi doll for my granddaughter and what we received was nothing like the doll imaged in the picture!! I wish i could upload a picture of what we got instead. I'm beyond heartbroken for my granddaughter. She was so looking Forward to getting what we saw on the website. It's not even made of silicone like they said,nor is he weighed,and his hair,that's a joke!! This damn doll looks like some cheap doll bought from the Dollar Store instead of a website that promised a realistic baby doll. Shame on you for scamming customers and shame on you for letting little children down the way y'all have!!

I do not recommend you order from this company. The doll does not look like the picture. It's a shame. To have a 6-year-old waiting on a doll that she remembers from the picture and to open the doll and it looks nothing like she was waiting for. Drop shipping scam doll not as described
Doll looks nothing like what is described or pictured. These aren’t real reborn dolls do not buy they aren’t realistic looking. The mouth is closed so it cannot hold a pacifier and cannot be fed so it doesn’t wet a diaper. It’s not weighted and isn’t silicone or baby powder scented. It’s a normal doll with plastic like detachable arms legs with a hollow body. Terrible waste of money my daughter cried when she opened the package.
When I requested a refund and return instructions they offered me 10% back. Wish I could attach a picture the doll was supposed to be AA but looks like Latino like Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite.

This company is a total scam. They obviously poach the photos of the original, authentic newborn dolls which they claim as their own. They do not put up any photos of their actual dolls. They should be fined for this!! Who oversees these scam websites🤔
If you complain they offer you a 30 percent discount, if you refuse this this offer they offer an 80 percent discount or you can post the doll back to them.!!
I had paid with PayPal so put in a dispute claim and got a full refund 😁
So happy as this is the ugliest, cheapest doll l have ever seen and not worth a cent 🤬
