I cannot rate the product because I haven't received my purchase. I placed the order in December. The only tracking info received is linked to a German carrier and I can't read German so I can't even track the package.

received the cesar Milan dog back pack in quick time , good price including delivery , The size small cannot hold a bottle of water in the pouch as shown in Cesars Milans video , but that fault is with his design and not with Creative Pet Alliance , though CPA should have it stated somewhere

This is my first time shopping directly to Creative Pet Alliance Website. Easy when choosing the product via website but hardly to get an answer from Creative Pet. There is no date of arrival when I track my order. It shows only fulfillment or on the way which is different from shopping via another Website. At least , they should give roughly date of parcel arrival..

The iEnergy products are fantastic quality. The dog saddle bags are very adjustable and pockets expand as well as having various pockets. The zips look to be heavy duty. I also bought the waste pouch which again is top quality great size pouches and very comfortable to ware. Would certainly recommend

Never Received the collar, Seller apparently refunded my PayPal BUT its been pending for 4 days, Seems weird

Correct size received, well made, works as designed.

Much better than other aggressive looking ones. Using only when necessary to control excessive barking. Much improved! Have been using for 2 weeks.

I am very pleased with the customer care I received from Gemma at Creative Pet Alliance. There was a shipping issue and it was corrected readily. I have now received the leashes I ordered and they are exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a large size dog collar and received it in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was too big for my dog's neck and so I went through the return request process. It was a very simple and easy transaction. I highly recommend ordering from Creative Pet Alliance.

It was a great experience dealing with Creative Pet Alliance. I was looking for a product that was hard to find both in the US and in Australia. I was lucky enough to stumble upon it available on their website at a really good price. I was at first worried that they may not ship to Australia so I enquired about it. They do, and their service was prompt and very friendly. They processed my order straightaway. We just received the item yesterday, and it was as good as I have seen and read about online.

I was reluctant to order through an overseas website and from a fulfillment vendor in Germany, however I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent follow through and the speed of receiving my order.
