Ordered 3 blankets for mother days gifts 2 weeks before Mother’s Day still have not received them showed up 2 days ago that they were shipped yet when I click to track the order it pops up saying the tracking number can’t be found worst service I have ever received will never order from them again

I love the blanket I received it was rich in color and material it was high Quality, I was so happy when I opened it to wrap it fir my daughter’s Birthday, and she just loved how Vibrant the blanket was, would purchase others

They advertised shirts for dads from daughters prior to Fathers Day. I ordered June 4, 2020here it is July 25, 2020 and still no shirt. Same disclaimer they give everyone else about C19. I have no issues ordering from other vendors. They are the worst company and they give an implied warranty that they cannot meet. Will NEVER order again. Looking at asking my bank to show the charge to me as fraudulent because they fail in services which are not rendered. Tired of the excuses.

I ordered my husband August 6th birthday present from Creative Tees on June 19th (clearly well enough in advance to have it in hand). The 10-20 business day ship time that the company claimed my item would be shipped by passed last week. I emailed them today asking how they plan to rectify this for me (discount, express shipping, ANYTHING?) and this is their response:

NO! This information does not help! In fact, it doesn't even address what I asked for, rectification! And notice how they use COVID-19 to justify sucky customer service AND hide behind a signature line of "Creative Tees" no human name given, no phone number to speak to a human, nothing.

I will never purchase from this company again and will most likely file a charge back if I don't hear from upper management by Monday 7.27.20. This is completely unacceptable. I would expect this if I only spent maybe $20 or less on these sweatshirts, but c'mon, $86 and the suckiest customer service on the planet!?!?!

My daughter picked out a shirt for her dad, which would be his Father's Day present but it has not shown up. It's been over a month and a half and everytime I call I'm told it will ship within the next 5 days.... today has been the third time calling. I'm completely disappointed and it seems to me that COVID-19 is being used as an excuse as to why they aren't following through with their word. I will never order from them again no matter the quality of his shirt if we ever get it.

I ordered a Father’s Day gift from creative Tees 2 weeks before Father’s Day... it’s been nearly 2 months now and I haven’t received anything. Too add to this, after the first message asking where it is all I have received is copy and paste messages saying it is on its way. It’s a scam, don’t use them.

Would rate them a 0 if it was an option! Ordered shirt for my husband for father's day that my son found on their site on 6/12/2020. Still have not received it. There is no option to talk to a human and when I chose the option to send them an email-you cannot even type your own comment. The email they sent directly after placing the order already told us that we could not cancel the order because it was already in printing- obviously that was a lie! Scam company- buyer beware! Guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company now

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Father's Day. He was so pleased with his special shirt. When he wears it, he makes sure family and friends read the message. I know I made a great choice by ordering this special shirt.

I understand that it took a little while to get to me because of Covid-19 and that is okay. The shirts are a perfect fit and I love the colors and designs.

I ordered a shirt 27 days ago have not received it. Sent them a message on the 23rd day to cancel order, response was to late to cancel. After 27 days and still no shirt I should have a right to cancel. This was NOT a special order with specific names just a tee shirt they advertised. Never ever order from them. I give them a zero stars.

I got the shirt for my daughters dad for Fathers Day and it was perfect. He loved it and she loved it. Was quick on delivery it looked amazing thanks again for such an awesome job!!

My Nephew ask me to order a tshirt for his Dad for Father's day and he had found the shirt from creative tees. I ordered on June 3 it is now July 9th 2020 and still have not received it. Was notified it shipped June 29th but it is still at that processing center. Terrible Company do not waste your money. I could had designed and had a shirt printed from a local printer in less time and gotten it before Father's Day. The Company is a joke. Buyer Beware! Run far away from this company.

I ordered a shirt for my dad and step dad on 6/12. It is now 7/6 and still haven’t received anything. It still says “printing”. This is an awful company. Will not be buying anything from them again

I ordered a T shirt for my dad on 6-9 and the tracking order says it hasn’t even shipped yet. It is now 7-2! They said it would arrive 5 to 15 days after it was ordered. FALSE! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!! Don’t waste your money like I did!!!!

Edit: It is now 7-17. The shirt I ordered for my dad for FATHERS DAY just arrived. The service was slow and it seemed like a scam. Still not sure, but the T-Shirt did arrive in good condition.
