Ordered B12 from northern ireland. Wanted it quickly so paid dpd faster delivery. Extra charge. Got a phone call an hour after ordering. From now I know was the part owners. Stating that dpd has got extortionate and it's 33 pounds delivery. I would have to go for yodel which would take longer. No clue how long. I was annoyed as I needed the product. So asked could he nor honor the web site price. As they had not updated their Web site. Which was not my fault. He the just said well I'm going to cancel your order and hung up. Didn't like the fact I wasn't happy. I simply was saying If your advertising a price it should be honoured. Phoned back to make a complaint at his attitude and to see re refund. I got the same guy. He said he was part owner. Told me I wasn't listening to him. Which I was but I feel as a business you update your shipping. Not let people order pay for product then tell them it's there choice. Will see how long It takes to get a refund. Poor customer service with that attitude.

Fantastic experience completing Level 7 aesthetics course. Plenty of models, plenty of help and support and if I ever felt like I was struggling someone was there to help. A* would recommend them for courses again.

I have completed and booked onto several courses with creative touch and I wouldn’t train anywhere else. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the academy has a great atmosphere. The training is very thorough and in depth, they are always there if you need them, always someone to answer your questions. There are so many academies that are leaving people feeling overwhelmed and lacking confidence, so if you’re looking for a good training academy that will teach you everything you need to know, provide live models and in depth training, as well as be there for support after your training, then train with creative touch. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff are so welcoming and lovely they make you feel at home, nothing is ever too much and they always have advice on hand if you need it! Everytime I visit the salon I get amazing service , I have never had a bad experience here, and I would highly recommend them!

Great beauty salon, I have had a few treatments at Creative Touch, they offer a wide range of services and add new treatments on a regular basis. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this salon had facials Biotin injections and everytime I go there they are so lovely and very professional 100% recommend

Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they offer such a huge rage of treatments, at the moment I’m having laser hair removal on my legs, it’s so effective that I’ve booked for my bikini line too. I wouldn’t use anywhere else for my Botox treatments either, I think they are the most affordable salon around

Good company. Customer service is friendly and polite. The only issue I really had was the delivery courier- they use yodel and it took about 5 days to get to me. Tracking didn't always update so the item arrived when I wasn't expecting it. Nonetheless, I would most definitely buy from them again.
