Unprofessional, never at fault.

First of all the customer service is very unprofessional. I paid for him to buy and replace my cpu,and any little repairs plus solve the overheating problem on a pc I bought from creator tech in June. He sent me a video of the pc working. So when It arrived back to me I was very disappointed that it was now in a worst state the pc was dead. Creator tech is claiming it was damage in the shipping of the computer and that he’s built many pc so can’t possibly be at fault.but after having a local computer shop inspect the pc there saying the pc was poorly built and missing parts. This problem is still ongoing as I’m waiting on a final bill on hopefully fixing my pc. With little to no help from creator tech.

Customer took PC to a local tech for issues they were having after a few months. This tech destroyed their CPU by damaging the pins. Customer asked us to repair the damages.
We offered to replace the CPU and give the PC a full look over with free labour only charging for the damaged component and delivery.

To provide a good service we rebuilt the whole machine for the customer. Upgrading to a more expensive case than they had purchased with much better airflow (which seemed to be the cause of their issue). We also installed 3 extra case fans and a fan hub free of charge to help with airflow.
We then thoroughly tested the system using benchmarking software such as MSI Kombuster to check temps and stability. This video of this was then sent to the customer.

As shown in the video the machine has been repaired fully and rebuilt to a professional standard.
There are no "missing parts" even though that is a vague description and customer has never said to us that there were missing parts.

When customer received the PC after repair they said that one of the RAM sticks had fallen out. This must have happened during delivery. Although as most PC builders know the PC would not have booted as shown in the video unless the ram stick were fully locked in place. We do understand there is a small chance this could happen if the PC had been handles very badly in transit. This is unfortunate and any damages during delivery are covered by our delivery insurance.

After a few emails checking the basics of the machine the customer was unable to get a signal. I asked for them to take pictures of the damage from shipping (needed to claim the insurance) which the customer never sent.

I suggest the customer have a local tech look into the possible issues as I felt it was most likely something simple due to the PC only just being rebuilt and tested by ourselves and sending the PC back and forth could becomes costly. Also each time the PC is shipped cross country the risk or any damages during shipping (which is what seemed to have happen here) are increased.

After taking the machine to a local "engineer" customer stated that "copious" amounts of thermal paste was applied to the CPU contributing to the "systems failure" and "many error codes". Having just recently built this PC I remember exactly how much paste was installed. One super thin layer covering the whole dye, spread as thin as possible using a spreader while still giving coverage. This method is much more effective for the AMD CPU's as the whole component can generate heat. The often used "pea sized" method just covering the center is decently effective for Intel CPU's but not as ideal for AMD CPUs. As cant be seen by the fact their own manufactured coolers come with thermal paste applied in this method. I'm presuming the customers "engineer" wasn't aware of this. This brought into question my faith in the "abilities" of this engineer as regardless a little extra paste would not cause "system failures" and "error codes".

The claims of the PC being "poorly built" can be clearly shown to be false in the video provided. We understand some things may have come loose in shipping and we do everything we can to minimise the chance of this happening. The customer was, however unable to provide us with any evidence that would allow us to claim any damages.

We understand the customers frustration and would like nothing more than everything to be working in perfect condition. However, after rebuilding the customers machine with better and more expensive parts and being in constant contact with the customer we find the statement of there being "little to no help from creator tech" to be a bit of a stretch. We have gone above and beyond to try solve the customers issues and would happily have the PC returned again for free repair. However, we were just trying to minimise the amount of shipping the PC had to go through.

Very high quality service.

Couldn't be happier with the service. I wanted a gaming pc to run new Microsoft Flight Simulator and Jay advised much better setup than I had in mind for the same price. Everything went very smooth, and he has been very helpful along the way. Highly recommend.

After Sales Support

We bought a gaming computer from Creator Tech in July that developed some problems. Creator Tech were swift with their customer care and after sales support. It took time to identify the problem, which was identified in the Graphics Card but they persevered and the card was then replaced.

This reinforced our view of a good small company offering deep knowledge of gaming computers, good value and good support.

Thank you Creator Tech

Not sure why customer says not helped. We tried to help as much as we can through our Discord and email service. It is very hard to diagnose exactly the PC's issues when all that was provided was vague descriptions and blurry images. Customer was warned before purchase that we are in England and that we would be unable to fix any issues ourselves due to the high shipping costs. We are happy to replace any faulty parts within the UK as we are able to have the machine shipped back and diagnosed ourselves. Compensation for local technician was offered.

Without a Doubt HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Without a Doubt I would HIGHLY Recommend a build from Creator Tech

I was looking for a machine that would allow me to transition from Console to PC and my Laptop Needed an Upgrade for Editing Videos - It’s safe to say that I am not disappointed
It Handles AAA Games Smoothly and Editing is a Breeze

I was going to fall for the trap of purchasing An Alienware PC but after many bad reviews decided I wanted to get a custom Build - Unfortunately many of the Major Builders out there Also were not that reliable....
And for a High Spec Machine I didn’t want to risk building my first PC

I was actually looking for a smaller company with trusted reviews and Jay did not disappoint - The Customer Service was exceptional and the Build Quality even better!!
All for a Fair Price and Fast Delivery

Thank you Jay! Really enjoying the Machine - Borderline Addicted

Great deals

I am capable of building PCs myself, but knew about Creator Tech and was looking for advice on parts. After browsing their site, I found a PC that was for sale for less than it would cost for me to build it myself, but I think this was because Creator Tech had used it to film a YouTube video/build guide on but had no use other than that, but I am sure you can still get a great deal. The communication was great, and the PC was built perfectly. The motherboard was damaged during shipping but Creator Tech replaced it for me for free :)
