$239 charge after 1-year CLEARLY POSTED!
I only paid $7 for information and training easily worth $700. Excellent learning experience whether or not you do anything with Creator U or SamCart. 1.Of course they try to upsell you. Duh! Since the $7 beginning level is so comprehensive you get your money's worth. $7. If you don't want to continue, then don't upgrade. 2. Why I'm responding today is because almost all of the 1-star reviews are due to 1 situation. When signing up for the $7 "5-Day Challenge" it is CLEARLY WRITTEN that $239 will be charged after one year unless you cancel your membership. This is not hidden. This is a fair business practice for a subscription service. Creator U provides an ongoing service. First year $7. if you want to continue the second year is IS IN PLAIN VIEW that it will cost $239. It is also clearly marked that you can CANCEL at any time. They have been a pleasure to learn from and work with. If nothing else, get your $7 worth (less than a drink at a pub) and then CANCEL. Quit crying! Heck, even $7 + $239 for 2 years of learning, which is transferable to things other than online sales, is an incredible bargain. If you can't afford $7, go drown your sorrows at your local tavern. Oh wait! That would cost you more than $7.

Hidden Charges and Unauthorized Subscription – Avoid This Service!
recently purchased a $7 course from CreatorU by SamCart, and what happened next was completely unacceptable. Without my knowledge or consent, a CreatorU Plus subscription was activated on my account, which includes a yearly billing plan of $239!
This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a deceptive practice. I did not sign up for this subscription, nor was I informed about it during the purchase process. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting their support to cancel a subscription I never authorized.
This lack of transparency and unauthorized subscription activation is completely unacceptable. If you're considering using CreatorU, beware of hidden charges and check your account carefully after making any purchase. I hope they resolve this quickly, but the experience has left me deeply disappointed.

TOTAL SCAM
CreatorU.com is a total scam. I signed up for a project that I later canceled, only to discover they’d sneakily bundled a £140 yearly subscription into the T&Cs without my knowledge. I never even created an account, yet they charged me and flat-out refused to refund.
THEIR SHADY PRACTICES RELY ON PEOPLE MISSING THE FINE PRINT—AN APPALLING WAY TO DO BUSINESS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I woke up to a charge of $239 on my personal account. This makes no sense as anything I would have purchased would have been for business and I would have used a different card.
I was never warned or asked about $239 and therefore can't figure out how to unsubscribe from something I am not intentionally subscribed to. This is very predatory.

I would like to say first of all this is a very positive review. It just happens to be when i was leaving after a year having had their products. I am based in Scotland and have enjoyed their training and really was pleased.
What stood out for me, was when i became unwell a few weeks ago, i was bed ridden and couldn't be bothered to check emails for a few days (we've all done it) and i missed that i had a payment coming out which was not expected on my behalf.
I sent an email explaining this and not only was my money returned as i was not taking a second year (i have new business needs and commitments) i was shown a level of respect and compassion i have not felt in business dealings online where i don't get to meet the people but i was shown such a kindness and open clear communication from the lovely person i will call K who really made my exit so pleasant.
I will definitely be coming back to CreatorU & Samcart
