I originally was told by the salesperson that I had to pay $300 for the credit services since my report was not that bad. I only had 3 issues that needed to be fixed.

Today I was charged $99 and called in to see why and they said there is nothing they can do about the issue even though I was told I would not be charged. Do not do business with them as they will take your money and have zero responsibility for what they originally agreed to.

I dealt with Jason Sepelak. Was told it was a money back guarantee. It is with strings attached. He also said that he had a good chance of removing my bankruptcy. They did not do that as well. Heck they cant even get a duplicate account with Ally off my account record. I am getting that done on my own. Anyway, credit repair is tough but these guys over sell their money back guarantee and their services. You are a lot better off to write the letters on your own and do it yourself. I wasted 1330 dollars for a 25 point boost that I did by doing things related to my credit on my own.

The trick is that you cannot use your credit cards if you have them. They benefit by you not using your credit and keeping balances low that help improve your score over time.

A COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS MODEL.

Chad at CRE was great to work with. He was low pressure and very knowledgeable. Him and his team were able too hep me raise my score over 80 points in all 3 credit bureaus by deleting old and duplicate collection accounts. I'm grateful for the progress that's been made in the 4 months I've been working with them.
