Do NOT under any circumstances use this…

Do NOT under any circumstances use this company, they operate under many names such as alpha loans, ilowns, dollar stream, micro click loans, loan rush, easy money loan, to name a few.
I paid a loan in full through credit2go, and did not hear from them for over 2 months. I applied through ilowns, was approved, signed the contract and upon signing was sent an email they cancelled the contact for their own reasons.
I was assured it was canceled and my personal information would not be used nor would any unauthorized debits be taken from my account as the contract with ilowns was canceled.
Today I discovered a debit of $125.75 from my bank account from credit2go I haven’t heard from in 2 months as the loan was paid, and they did not have access to my account nor did I provide them a void cheque as I made payments by E transfer to them.
They admitted they are operating under other names which is evidence they used the bank information from the canceled contract to steal money from my account under the credit2go name.
I informed the bank fraud department and have placed a stop payment on them which also cost me $12 but worth it to prevent these frauds from stealing from me again.
Stay away from these scammers!
The only 1 positive review is literally from the guy running the site.
I will now escalate the matter with police to press charges against them for theft.

Avoid at all costs

So I was apparently approved a few months ago. Signed contracts then nothing. Nil. No communication. I call and get told it’s a banking issue. Fine. Then I posted another review and they said my loan was then refused.

Today, July 3rd 2024, they had the balls to email me stating they were sending bailiffs to me unless I pay. I’m not paying for a loan I never got. I have all the proof that no loan was received but yet they want to send bailiffs to me. Bring it on, scammers.

Stay away

Stay away from this company, 2 years ago after getting hit with covid ended up in a bad situation, tried to call never got anyone, now for the last couple of months I have been getting harassing emails for some lady in there legal department. She is even sending out my sin number as well as my ID, will be getting in contact with the ain't fraud center of Canada as what she is doing is unprofessional and breaking the laws in Canada. I went into a consumer proposal and not once have they answered to them as well.
