CA Experience

Been with CA since 2008. My MAM responds quickly whenever we need anything. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is that some analysts at The DSC are not pleasant or very helpful at times

Honest opinion. Personally funded at least 250 contracts.

Jim Thrall is a great rep. He has always been knowledgeable, willing to help, professional, and a great resource of CAC knowledge. The program has become dated. I believe if a dealership is run right, it should out grow credit acceptance. I have lenders who will finance up to 125% of JD Retail before 7-10K in backed, reserve, limited fees, just as easy, not in a separate portal, and still give the customer a better payment and rate.

Helpful, higher advances plz, own warranties!

DOC has been helpful, would like to see advances go up as we have been steadily lowering our Dealer Rating. Would also like to see Independent Dealers have the ability to write their own warranties and it not tank the advance. Superior has been getting slightly harder to deal with.
