Credit Acceptance gives independent dealers the opportunity to compete with other finance companies that will not work with an independent dealer. The streamlined process keeps everything simple. I always input every deal because you never know how CAPS will score the deal. Through the CAPS system there is always a way to finance a customer.

No Surprises. No Gimmicks
Love the fact that stips get looked at and cleared before the contract is submitted. No surprises, no gimmicks. E-sign process is easy to use, and customers prefer it over conventional paper contracts.

Great Rep but new update is terrible!
I have always been a strong supporter of CAC, but the new system update is terrible! Things that used to be on 1 easy to use screen are now spread over multiple tabs and sub-screens. The system is now very difficult to use and determine what kind of deal you have. I will give 5 stars to our rep Eric Heisman! He NEVER declines a call for help, whether it's 8:30pm or he's at a poolside in Texas trying to enjoy himself. He is always willing to answer the phone and help with a deal!
