Sorry to hear that it took longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash! We've checked on our end and were able to confirm that GeniusCash for the BMO Air Miles World Elite Mastercard application was sent on May 29, 2026 via Interac.

We strive to deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the GeniusCash partner that the application for the product has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the GeniusCash partner automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the GeniusCash partner when you open a ticket with us. There are various things that the GeniusCash partner and/or the affiliate network needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time card or account holder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time does depends on the GeniusCash partner and it is outside of our control.
