Scam. Was searching for a loan and two months later they take money out of my account. Scamming vulnerable people. Scumbags.

Exactly same happened to me as it has others . Soon as I made an account my bank account went into -£91. I’ve never been minus in my life and soon as any funds go in it will take the £91. I can’t seem to get hold of anyone what do I do , I was totally unaware of this and it’s false advertising , I spent ages trying to get a loan from these so when they accepted me for £1000 I was grateful and very happy as the funds were ment to be for my partners funeral next week .. why scam a vulnerable person

Unbeknownst to me CE set up a payment of 19.99 to them from my bank for a subscription that I did not know I was signing up for, and the details for which also conveniently hidden amongst a flurry of other emails and texts.
Have emailed their complaints department and hoping they do the right thing and provide a refund.
UPDATE
CE contacted me soon after I emailed them, and have provided a satisfactory solution, therefore updating my review to 4 stars to reflect their swift action.
Thanks team.

They only aim to get my bank account details for the money subscription of £19.99. This is absolutely a bad experience.

Was pretty good. Just didn’t need the worry or stress about borrowing money.
