Paid my final payment of my IVA today on the phone, spoke to a lady called Nicola who was incredibly helpful, everything went through smooth & she is a good crack!
The whole experience has been smooth to be honest & I am great full for the help in getting me debt free.

Creditfix NIGHTMARE DO NOT BE FOOLED
If I could rate creditfix with 0 stars I would. I was with them for 3 years, initial set up of the IVA was great I was promised the world of support and reassurance then it all went downhill from there. Refused to send upto date documents/statements, refused to reply to me upon months of attempting contact. Then on top of all that, I found out they was stealing all my payment money for themselves. My creditors were getting as little as 10p rather than the contracted agreed dividends. I had also received a statement from one of my creditors and it showed they had been paid ONE PENNY IN A YEAR. Insane how these crooks get way with it! Eventually, I terminated my IVA with creditfix and got away from the scam sham company that it is. They may write as many fake reviews on google to cover the bad genuine ones but please don’t sign up with them!!! Go elsewhere, somewhere credited this company isn’t. Just don’t do it don’t be fooled!!!
