I spoke to Kathleen today to make a on time card payment as my registered card has been cancelled. We had a couple of attempts that didn't work, so she asked me to end the call so she could call me back, this worked first time. Kathleen was very helpful and totally unflustered throughout the call making the whole experience go well.
