I was a little leary cause I deposit my checks my self. Thought I was going to be denied.at first was not much.but since I have been paying back on time.its a little more I can borrow.i really glad they have a feature after awhile you can set your payment date to a little later.THANKS CREDIT GENIE

Warning don’t use them

Run as fast as you can they take money out of your account without permission so far they have taken out $60 over the advance. They gave me and continue to take out money without permission. They never answer their emails. They don’t have a customer support number. it’s just a waiting game with them and they never answer your question or look into the situation they give you only generic answers

So the cash advance is alright but the fees the charge you multiple times a month for monthly subscription for last month they charged me 3 times and there claiming it's the subscription

The Best

When it comes to borrowing money I have found Credit Genie to be the best. Borrowing from them is easy and quick and their fee is very reasonable, but above all they can be trusted They have one of the nicest friendly customer service staff you could ask for. I would give this company a zero

I would give this company a zero if I could first of all I never download credit genie and the charged me 9.99 first they tryed to take it as a regular debit out of my account and it was declined they tried that 2 times because my card was blocked then when that didn't work they did a direct debit on my account they should be ashamed of themselves i never had nor signed up for credit genie im having them investigated so update;
i found out how they got my information i hope the helps other so I have an app called money lion and when you download these apps even if you don't have credit genie they are linked to these apps when you link your account through plaid money lion or what ever cash advance app you download shares your bank information with credit genie so what you have to do is go to my.plaid.com sign up follow instructions its easy and you can delete the apps that's sharing your information you will probably see credit genie too because I never interacted with credit genie but money lion shared my account anyway and I got charged and credit genie was on my plaid account as if i gave them my information but i didn't money lion did
I found out what happen:
MoneyLion and all cash advance apps has a marketplace moneylion has one called "Engine by MoneyLion." When you use MoneyLion, or any cash advance apps their privacy policy allows them to share your "cash flow data" (from Plaid) with their partners—like Credit Genie—to "pre-approve" you for offers.
​Because Credit Genie and MoneyLion and other cash advance apps are both "partners" in that Plaid ecosystem, Credit Genie was able to "see" your account and start those debit attempts even though you never downloaded their app. Just go to my.plaid.com sign up, plaid will recognize your email right away and you can delete all accounts you don't want through plaid and this stops them from sharing your information with other apps you don't recognize
Also have your bank block credit genie from pulling anything else from your account make sure that they block the whole account not just the debit card because when they couldn't get the funds from my debit card they pulled it from my ach account which is a direct debit from my checking account also go on their app and delete your information I did all of this
Blocked from ach account and got a new debit card
Deleted them from plaid
And Deleted my information on the app
I hope.this helps someone oh and also try to see if your bank can credit you the money back once they've investigated it
