I had a problem getting my card. It would not accept my information so I went to my bank and after discussions with you we finally got it straightened out.

The service was great and delivery…

The service was great and delivery acceptable. However they miislead Me by stating I was approved for $2500 when actually when the card arrived I found out I Only Had a $300 credit Limit. That confused Me but was soon cleared up when I called the number of customer service and spoke with the agent. They need to state proper numbers to members who are willing to chance the bank for credit loans.

New user, haven't used it yet.
However, it was easy to apply and quick process.
Not too happy about annual fee and currently struggling to add it to my apple wallet.

3 BUSINESSES THAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

They assume that their customers are lying when I called in for 2 disputes totaling $222.32! They will NOT reopen the dispute to see the ultimate response was that Cherry Tech. received the funds from Elita Medical Spa. I feel violated by all 3 mentioned; Credit One: Elita Medical Spa: Cherry Technologies Finance company. This has been a nightmare for almost 3 months! I am out of gas, exhausted, and ready to give up on all of this delinquent shit.

Disappointed!

I do not like the fact that you told me the credit limit would be up to and I do understand it said, up to$2,500 and all I received was $300 when I am never late on any of my payments I have a 100% rating as well as close to a 700 credit score and rising. I also don't like the interest rate, it's too high and there's a yearly fee $75 I believe. It's a new card, I will use it for the next 6 months and see how things go. I really don't want to close it out, but unless things change I will. I cannot keep a card that is only $300 and I believe you charge me $75 a year to have it

My experience with Credit Bank has been…

My experience with Credit Bank has been very disappointing. In March, a charge of approximately $190 was made abroad, a transaction that I did not authorize or recognize. I immediately contacted the bank and explained that it was impossible for me to have made that purchase since I was not even in that country.

Despite my report and explanation, the bank stated that the transaction was made using the physical card and essentially held me responsible for the charge, without properly considering my situation or providing a fair solution. As a customer, I expected greater protection, investigation, and support in the case of possible international fraud.

I feel upset and frustrated because I believe it is unfair to be held responsible for a transaction I did not make. Situations like this seriously affect the trust and security that customers expect from a financial institution.

I sincerely hope the bank reviews my case again and improves its customer protection and fraud investigation processes.

High Risk/High Reward 😁💰

It's got a high apr and a pretty hefty annual fee, but it's helping me rebuild my credit. That alone is priceless. I learned the hard way how difficult it is to climb out of debt once you're in it... What a vicious cycle that is! Thankfully I should only need to pay the annual fee twice, because within the next 12-16 months I won't be high-risk anymore. I've been pleasantly surprised to see how quickly that score rises when you pay off debt, close unnecessary accounts, and make responsible financial choices. Wish I'd adhered to those rules from the jump... Live and learn. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙂
