The first contact has been very easy and the response was fast.
I immediately could access the data and get the info. Saving the data for future use is easy.
Unfortunately (and this doesn't depend from CreditSafe), not all the data are updated to 2020 or 2021.

Very high level service
Very high level service , what i like on top of the credit risk evaluation are the user friendliness of the interface - it is very easy to access any report in a matter of two clicks - and most of all the adhoc consulting from experts whenever an issue or a question on a potential creditor arises!
