Buongiorno Nicola, le rispondiamo in italiano, anche se la sua recensione è stata espressa in lingua inglese, per essere maggiormente chiari: il nostro lavoro è essere un supporto attivo per la riduzione dei crediti commerciali, motivo in più per essere davvero attenti ad ottenere pagamenti puntuali dai nostri clienti. A tal proposito, esistono delle policy apposite che generano un flusso di email, in caso di ritardi nel pagamento , senza che questo implichi per forza il ricorso ad azioni di natura legale. Tuttavia, l'occasione è gradita per precisare che, proprio perché lei è un cliente "storico", stiamo derogando rispetto alle condizioni standard previste dalla policy, in attesa di trovare un accordo per il saldo di quanto dovuto. Sarà nostra premura, in ogni caso, provare nuovamente a contattarla nelle prossime ore, per entrare maggiormente nel merito.

Creditsafe Italia is a very useful platform where you can find all the informations you need about firms. I gave 4 stars and not 5 beacuse of some inconvenience regarding the Extractions (all the data are stored in a single column so you have to separate the informations).
