Rude staff and loan reusal…

All credit unions in ireland are supposed to be owned by the people but recently it has become nearly impossible to get a loan from them a person with 6000 euro in the savings puts in for a loan of 10 000 euro that means the person is only getting a loan of 4000 euro the person is getting 130 euro a week stopped out of his bank account which is 520 a month which is 6,240 euro a year the credit union got in contact with the person and asked him what he wanted the money for which is none of there business as long as they are getting there money back the person said he wanted it to get his apartment decorated and get his car a service plus look after his family for Christmas a very rude member of staff told the person to get his car fixed get his apartment decorated and bring her in the receipts which is totally wrong the credit union have absolutely no business telling you how to spend your money it could be for a very personnel matter that you do not want to share with anyone the irish league of credit unions are gone worse than the banks they are supposed to be there to help the people but they are degrading the people and making it impossible to get a loan the people would be better of taking what ever money they have in the credit union and putting it in a post office savings account the credit unions are pushing people towards moneylenders again with there rude staff and there loan refusals

WARNING!!

WARNING!!! I’ve been scammed by a find my mobile company (Tracelo.com), I wanted to find my wife’s mobile and this company wanted 99c to track which I payed by Apple Pay, they came back saying they found the area of the mobile then requested a further payment of €45 to give details. I just closed down the web page and just thought oh well that was 99c lost, when I checked my CU account there was €45 pending payment for Tracelo. I checked and contact Apple Pay and no such transactions was in my account, I then contacted CU Ireland to stop payment which I was told they couldn’t stop payment when it’s pending. And was told to contact Tracelo and show proof I’ve requested a refund 3 emails later no reply’s, I then contacted CU services to say this payment was fraudulent and having emailed the company regarding a refund I’ve had no reply. Two days later I received a call from CU services where they said you must of given my Debit card details to them, I informed them I never give out that information and the only confirmed payment was through Apple Pay for 99c and no other transaction was made. The outcome with CU Ireland was they couldn’t do anything and didn’t really want to know, I contacted Apple Pay and they informed me that Tracelo .com could off tracked transaction payment but there not sure how they did it from my Apple Pay account. So it’s a shame CU doesn’t trust their loyal customer for 15 years and try and solve my problem, now looking for another trusted bank.

Credit Union Naas

Credit Union Naas, Life Credit Union. almost 10 years I banking with them, all my loan was paid without any delay, have a perfect credit score. But when I need them most, they first lied, "credit is approved in principle" bla bla.. then they call me to say... sorry, we cant approve you loan this time without any normal explanation. Lady on the phone first lied my income cant cover rate... rate was 5% of my income and I have no other loans, credit cards, overdraft, NOTHING! Then she realized there is no point to lie and just said... "sorry, we cant help you."
This week I closing all my account with them, there is no reason to banking with such unprofessional, rude company.

Difficulties to open an account with Social Security card as proof of PPS number

I want to open an account and need proof of several details and my PPS # so I provide my social service card. I was advised that CU wont accept this as proof of PPS #. Was this card not created to make it harder to fake PPS numbers due to the picture and it is digital. I ask again how can this not be proof. I dont have a printer to print documents out but this is bedides the point. This is the second time I had a difficult experience, so I think a bank is much easier to deal with, THE BANK accepted my social service card as proof of PPS. CU should too this is an official card I would think as it comes from the government.

Customer for the last 4 years

Customer for the last 4 years, with direct debit method of payment but to top up my shares every week, my loan is 100% of my shares. I had a funeral in the Uk last Friday, I applied for loan on Monday for Friday in England, I never heared from them, I was chasing the lending department all day Thursday but no consideration neither respect for their good client "myself",On Friday "funeral day" I had to go to the branch to find out what is the delay for! -when Tramore branch called the lending department nearly 2PM there was no decision made,I was advised to hang around until I will recieve a call shortly, I got a call from the Lending department, but instead of apologising for the delay I was asked about some payment was made last Feb and back 9 months ago! The lending officer was wondering why I have money "maybe her wages for 2 weeks" and still looking for loan! As if my loan was for a diner. yes, she did ask me that, cleary. She offered me 1/3rd of the loan €500 "expenses of going/reurn from UK and to furenal, for myself and my partner"! - around 3PM furenal was over but lending officer was not happy with my answers. We did not go to the funeral, Thanks to Tramore Credit Union - I say that was a humeliting and double standard but the worst conversation could be between a client and a building society - What has happened with me should be writen in a book with "THE FALIURES" as a title.
Now, I refused your insult of loan buit also, I stopped topping up my savings and will never invest with you again for being unfair, double standard but false advertisement. You are lucky i am not in the mood for taking you to Court. but am shaering my experince with you, to save investors and not to relax as you could turn on them at any unexpected time by your no-profissional double standard of disappointment

Today one week later, Waterford Credit Union insisting to be below standard and still taking money from my account towards my savings that was stopped on papers last week- They are bad in every way, I have been ideal in every way until today. - keep away 23/06/2022
