To Whom it may Concern,

I am writing because I am very upset about a subscription that apparently I may of sep up back in January and I have been charged $19.95 for the past 6 months and I have never used your services.

I first called Smart Credit at 877-372-3895 and spoke with Jessica who explained what the services were and offered to cancel and credit 2 months back. I explained that I paid for 6 months and never used the services and she then recommended that I call Credit Versio first and they may be able to credit more and if not call her back.

I called Credit Versio and spoke with Travis who as well explained what the services were and also offered to cancel but said they would only credit 1 month back. I was not happy with this and he then said that was all he could do. When I attempted to escalate and speak with his supervisor he advised me that there was nobody else I could speak with. He said he was the only one who works there and nobody else who would talk to me. This didn’t make any sense and I even asked if he was the only employ Credit Versio has and he said yes. ( Very Frustrating )

I then called back Smart Credit and spoke with Christopher who then told me I was given misinformation and they could not not do anything. I asked to speak to his supervisor and a lady name Amber came on the phone and she said the same that Credit Versio was the only one who could help me.

Their score is different from the banks and they just told me that the bank has a different way of calculating the score, so how do I dispute something they do not have access to? They did not respond. No help.

Obviously the free month expires before anything happens... but I had a "friend" offer to help dispute credit items for $1000.
Other services are in a similar price line.
In the first round, I had 1 item removed that raised my credit score by 85 points.
Definitely recommend, I'm about to mail out my second round of letters now.

Ever since signing up with credit versio, it has been nothing but great changes with all 3 of my scores going up every time. This company makes it so easy because the e letters are already done for you. You just have to check all the creditors you’re disputing and print out the already created letters and manually mail them out to all 3 credit bureaus. I started off in the low 500 scores back in February of this year 2023. My scores are now in the 600s. If you have any questions, they are there to help assist and guide you verbally and with short videos as well. Thank you “Credit Versio” for all you all do to help get us back on track with our credit. Your team is awesome and so very amazing!!

Really helpful app there’s something I would of wish it would of made recommendations as well but still will refer to others to use it

Horrible!! What a waste of time and money!! I paid for the membership from January-May 2023. 5 months of paying and sending letters. Not one thing was removed from my credit report, not even an inquiry. Only way to actively remove anything from your credit report is through consumer law; in which credit versio/smart credit does not offer!! Also, credit score is a whole different ballgame than your Fico score!! Beware before you spend your hard earned money!

it help a whole lot. real easy i even help my mom and grandmom start their credit versio. its works credit went up like crazy. THANKS CREDIT VERSIO!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using credit versio for a couple of rounds now. the only change that I saw was an old account added to my Equifax report which lowered my score. I had emailed credit versio (Travis, I believe) and asked him if the credit bureaus communicated with each other which could be the reason an old account was added to my EQ report...no response. I am going to cancel as I believe this is the plan for many credit repair agencies. They want you to pay a monthly fee and, of course, over time your score will get better if you don't add any more dings to your reports. I think it's a waste and I wouldn't recommend. It's better to watch YouTube videos and just send the letters yourself.

I have been using Credit Versio for around 2 years. The free dispute letters along with patience and me doing my own homework did the trick. You just need patience and keep disputing but I tell you this is free and do immensely better what the credit repair rip off companies charge you monthly extravagant fees do. Actually the credit repair companies make money by keeping you subscribed as long as possible - that's how they make money. Honestly speaking if Credit Versio would have charged a monthly fee I would have gladly paid it. Its that good and the amount of credit i have now and the mortgage rate, etc - no words can even begin to explain. Thank you Credit Versio! And finally YES I am a true and real customer and like with everything in life you need patience and keep disputing and trying and the results will amaze you. Kudos to Credit Versio!!!!...

I tried twice with the letters to credit agency. They do change status of collection from charge off to closed then they reverse it back again.
I did not open these accounts, but it still show on my collections.

Love it. So easy. 2 round got 2 things off.
