What is wrong with this company i declined the service and the next day they charge my card thats absolutely crinimal and I expect a full refund

I’ve been calling around trying to resolve my debt repayment n to improve my credit score and trying to settle a best way to resolve bad credit scores. Talked with Shawn Amendez and was really impressed of the help he provided me with, he really explained well in details about what I should know and what they can help me with. Appreciate the help he provides me with the morning and has enlightened me alot with what I should know.

Now I’m waiting for the outcome of our conversation and can wait to hear from them anytime soon
