Brian was so thorough about what was impacting my credit scores and went over all of my accounts in detail and noted all the discrepancies listed on my reports. I had no problem signing up for the services after Brian went through everything negatively impacting it. Definitely worth the money spent for future peace of mind

Great explanation

I don’t recall the man’s name that helped me today, but I needed his assistance in getting a dispute issue resolved urgently so that I can get moved. My case presented a few obstacles. He was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Making the process and experience both manageable and painless for me the, customer. He is great at what he does. In a world where costumer service has gone to hell, he’s a saint lol. Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
