Ordered a jacket and was not satisfied. I have been trying for two months to get a refund, so be wear if you order from this company unless you have time for there run around. Not a very reputable company.

I was interested in something they sell. Emailed customer support and the email bounced back.
No phone number to call no company address. Very suspicious.

I need to make a return. I contacted the return email listed on my receipt and I get the message, "Your message wasn't delivered to (address provided by creed) because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. " I have contacted them via their website and haven't heard back...no phone number available on their website. Wondering what will happen next...shipping was decent, customer service since has been non existent.

This is the same company selling the exact same items on dozens of different web domains to keep up with avoiding bad reviews. Got a jacket that looked heavy in the picture but was complete garbage when I got it 2 months later.

Really nice jacket fast delivery the first jacket was too small for me they exchanged it for a large size even the large one is too small now they are telling me they wont exchange it due to they exchange it once now I am asking for a reimbursement I am waiting for an answer from them.

Very Nice Product, and fast shipping for coming from china during all this mess we have right now. I order the Commander Delta Jacket in Tan, It is very nicely Made and will be plenty warm for this winter.

My wife bought the wrong size and this company jumped on it with both feet and made it right. Kudos to Creedwears.

UPDATE: I am, however, disappointed in the quality. The decorative endings on the pulls and one of the snaps, which are woefully weak, fell off, and it is not as warm as advertised by Creedswears.

Creed Wear has been outstanding. They have proven that customer service comes first. They did things for me that nobody else ever would. The experience with Creed Wear is second to none. I wont get into particulars but they are making sure I'm a totally satisfied customer. Hopefully after my new winter coat gets here I'll be able to come on here and give them an even better review. I'm not rich by any means. I can't afford to have mistakes made when it comes to buying clothes. They need to work size wise. I can't afford for my clothing to not fit because I'm on a fixed income and disabled. Creed wear is going above and beyond to make sure my purchase fits properly. Thank you Creed Wear.

It was quick and easy. Customer service amazing. They answered all My questions and answered very quickly. AMAZING!
