Very good server hosting with excellent customer service, replies within 10 minutes every time.
I would definitely recommend them.

Had a load of trouble setting up an Agrarian Skies 2 Minecraft Server and Draylynn T. was a lifesaver. The server seems to work really well. Don't know what I would have done without this excellent customer service

Tried hosting an Ark Survival Evolved Server. Didn't work at all. Not a good service in my opinion. Went through 2 tickets and 2 support chats and nothing helped. The name "Creeper Host" only relates to minecraft and should stick to minecraft servers.

Honestly CreeperHost itself is pretty solid, However Gareth W. from tech support deserves 5 stars. Been using this service for a year or two now but this guy made all the difference in this service for me today. Thanks Gareth, you are honestly the best.

Honestly the best Customer Support I've ever had.

They reply in no longer than 20mins (usually 5mins) and are patient even if you think you need help with something obvious, they'll help.

I accidentally bought a service and read the specifications wrong, and they refunded me even though they aren't really supposed to but they did it for "good faith"

A great provider with great support makes a great host, and that's what CreeperHost is!

Note: Whilst I work for CH, these are my experiences with my CH service over the years.

I've had 3 service's over a number of years (2 VPS, 1 DEDI) - Mostly for Minecraft servers, though, I also use the NGINX web service for sharing images and random files.
I've maybe had to deal with support once when my service was unavailable for a short time (due to a network fault), support have always been quick to address tickets.

The panel is modular and easy to use, each game may be broken down into instances (multiple installations), each instance has its own set of menu's for control/configuration etc. Meaning you could run multiple Minecraft servers (or games) at the same time (and I do) over different ports if you have the memory/disk for it.
Every now and then, they'll push a big update and improve the panel more.

Biggest advantages of this host is the complete access to the service, both on minecraft and root user levels - Essentially, you could use this for anything that is compatible with the operating system, not just game hosting.
You can sFTP in to access your file system, SSH... You can even edit the system (but if you break it, it might result in a complete service reset).
This gives me the ability to alter configs and files that may not be to my expectations, or otherwise bugged (for example, if a mod pack developer releases a broken update) and to customise my installations however I see fit... Such as adding Chisel and Bits: Extra Bit Manipulation to a mod pack that doesn't have it... More mod packs need this, in my opinion.

In my time using CreeperHost hosting an Unturned server I have had a few technical issues working with the server, but at least my problems always seem to be fixed when contacting customer support. At the moment of writing the review, I have yet to be mistreated when speaking with customer support as they have been kind, understanding and helpful.

I am a twitch.tv broadcaster and was looking for a company to host a minecraft server. I searched through the internet and came across Creeperhost. Not only did they have minecraft servers, they had a whole host of other gaming servers available for installation at the click of a button. Even though they are located in the UK, they have servers around the globe so you can pick a server close to you! The website has gone through some redesigns over the years however its now beautiful and snappy and makes all server related management quick and easy.
As a customer of creeperhost for over 5 years, i can attest to the customer service of these guys. Any issues (which usually ended up being my fault) were resolved quickly and professionally and in a short span of time.
I highly recommend CreeperHost.

These guys are horrible. I asked them to charge me when my bill is actually do. They responded with no. Its in the terms of Service. Then they said if I didn't pay on the 19th that my server would be shut down and deleted 3 days later. The problem is the bill isn't due until the 25th. So they threatened to shut down my server and delete it by the 22nd. Cancelled service as soon as I read this.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I had been looking for a quote for a service, and allegedly had clicked 'order'. They send you predatory emails saying OVERDUE with scary language. I messaged support to correct the issue and they essentially called me mentally handicapped and recommended I get an adult. Considering they're target market is mainly children, this is a chilling and disturbing response aimed at predatorily extracting money from people.

Do not get services from this company!

Absolutely despicable customer support, tried to cancel my server and they refused to end my service unless I paid them for another month. When I refused they threatened to continue billing me and have a debt collector come after me. Use literally any server host other than these guys, they are nothing but a bunch of thugs.

Would Never Deal With again.

I've been an on again-off again customer with them for about a year or so, whenever a group of friends want to play games.

Service seemed a bit pricy, but it seemed worth it due to the reliability and ease of the hosting....until you try to cancel, that is.

I sent in a cancellation request on the 14th, which just so happened to be around the same time I was changing hosts, leading to a mixup on my ticket reply. I thought nothing of it until a few days ago when I double checked to make sure it was still set to cancel (as this company has a lovely clause where they can take money from you as early as 7 days before renewal) I replied to the ticket and Informed them of the mix-up and that I wanted to cancel.

Fast forward to today when I receive a notification at work they just took $40-something from me. I open a ticket immediately and get informed the equivalent of "Tough S%@!"

Terrible customer support. After not using the server for 2 months and still paying for it i decided to cancel. They would not let me cancel without paying for another month. This sight is a scam all it is is a money grab with poor server performance.

The server did not work at all for a week yet I am being charged for the time? The website is extremely misleading on renewal dates, as they confirm your payment 10 days before the renewal date listed on the website. The website didn't work at all and did not recognize that I had bought a service. It took customer support a full 2 days to find the elusive solution of resetting my subscription (NOT THE RENEWAL DATE THOUGH). The initial responder didn't understand what was going on, so they referred me to a senior member and that person took almost 2 days to respond. Extremely upsetting. It does not end there though, as most of the locations you can choose to host the server are full and have a waitlist, and the website tells you wrong and outdated wait times. This wouldn't be a deal breaker if these wait times were not put on your monthly subscription. I ended up having the server for maybe 2 weeks before they charged my for my second month. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute crap customer service. Was asking for an upgrade to my server a couple of day before another invoice had to be paid, as there was a promo going on. Was refused the upgrade under promo rules and told that if i wanted to promo so much, i could order a second server from them. If this is what they call customer service, they have a lot to learn. Also, they are far from the cheapest service around for MC server

While I could probably host a minecraft server on my own, I didn't want to go through the hassle and probably have nowhere near the required upload speed, so decided to try Creeperhost. I was hosting a heavily modded minecraft FTB version called Continuum. The connection was perfectly stable to my friends in 3 different time zones in the U.S. When one of the mods crashed the server (which happened multiple times), the customer support was very helpful in getting it back up. When I was billed for a higher tier server that I didn't need and switched off of, the following month I was billed for the lower tier server I switched to MINUS the difference between the lower tier and the higher tier.

The tools provided are good, and work well for their intended purpose. Would gladly use them again if another modpack comes out I'd like to host.

Unacceptable behavior from this company. Someone created an account using my name and email address. I have been receiving emails of failed payments. I contacted Creeper Host and they have not agreed to delete the account connected to my email. Unacceptable ! They are enabling identity thieves.

Purchased a PE Minecraft server for my 7 year old through CreeperHoax. After going back and forth with tech support for several days they still could not get the server working. I updated the .phar file, tried MP and Gensys , fresh installs, etc. Tech lady finally admitted she did not know MCPE very well. I cancelled the service and was refused a refund.
The very next hosting service I purchased worked right from the start. Enjoy the 5 pounds Creephoax, hope it was worth my review.

Bad support. And prices

I bought a GMOD server, what do I get: Absoluty nothing, only MC servers. I don't want them, I want what I bought. Really... I just don't understand why..
