Always great customer experience at the Bromley store, never disappointed, great service, great craps and great drinks
I visited Crepeaffaire in Eldon Square yesterday. A member of staff called Wendy served me. She was really polite, warm and freindly.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Manager Dan went above and beyond — as soon as we mentioned it was my wife Patricia’s birthday, he started singing Happy Birthday as we entered, instantly filling the place with warmth and smiles. It set the tone for such a memorable visit.
The drinks were excellent — perfectly made and beautifully presented — and the food was just as impressive. The crêpes were fresh, generous, and packed with flavour. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything came out quickly despite the place having a great buzz about it.
It’s not just about good food here — it’s the people and the atmosphere that make it special. Dan and the team created such a welcoming, fun environment that turned a simple birthday stop into a proper celebration.
We’ll definitely be back. If you’re in Brighton and want amazing food, great drinks, and genuinely brilliant service, this is the place to go.
Went to the Angel Islington branch one morning. Ordered £30 worth of food and drink. On the QR code. Waited over half an hour and still hadn’t received my order. Was 9am so restaurant was empty. Anyways didn’t want it anymore and asked for a refund. lady behind counter(Carmeta) said a lady Krishna would deal with my refund. Went back two weeks later as I still hadn’t received the refund.
Sent 7 emails requesting the refund and have not gotten a single response. They just decided to keep my money. Avoid! thieves!!
Ordered using the qr code on the table as offered 10% discount on the menu. No code box appeared at checkout & when I queried this I was told it didnt apply because it was pancake day. Would have made their overpriced pancakes a little more affordable. False advertising?
At 1.28pm on Sunday 19.05.24 I telephoned CrepeAffaire, Leeds. During this phone conversation the female staff member I spoke to confirmed CrepeAffaire, Leeds would be open up to 8pm On Saturday, 25.05.24.
On Saturay 25.05.24 I visited crepeAffaire, Leeds with my wife and 12-year old daughter. We had driven 58 miles from Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. When we went to order, to our absolute shock, dismay and disappointment, we were informed by staff member, Veronica, they were closing early and not serving any more customers. It was only 5.40pm. No reason for early closing was given. No apology offered. We were deeply disappointed, especially our daughter. Their website states they are open until 8pm on Saturdays.
I have complaint to CrepeAffaire via SMS and am awaiting their response.
We will most certainly not be visiting CrepeAffaire again. We will dine out elsewhere. I would advise other diners to not dine at CrepeAffaire, especially in Leeds.
Response received from CrepeAffaire. early closure was not authorised and is being investigated. Offer of "crepes on us."
Always a warm welcome and a smile by the main chef, two I’ve met, food , cleanliness and hospitality 10/10 East Street Brighton !!!
Greeted warmly on entry, lots of comfortable seating available and lovely fresh coffee. Staff are great and even won my little Nan over with a proper cup and saucer! (Something which a lot of other places have started lacking)
Crepeaffaire Brighton was excellent, great crepes, desserts, drinks and extras. But just as important was the service. The head guy there ran a superb service with his excellent team. He was very observant, attentive and on point with every customers request. I was particularly impressed with how he made my missus birthday lunchtime treat a little bit more special with a prompt an entertaining birthday greeting upon serving our orders. Excellent food and service, you can’t go wrong here, top marks.
Very disappointed with the crepes at Borehamwood branch, as they were not made fresh but reheated! The result was tough crepes and they charge a lot.
The service was good.
Crepeaffaire in Cambridge,
This is a fantastic find and well worth a visit,
The crepes were amazing, we managed to order just before closing time and Alina was so polite, she apologised and said we had to take away. We managed to find a bench opposite to enjoy the crepes during a warm Cambridge evening.
Many thanks again
Julian Holloway
Thanks Dan, Simo & Lauren. Today we really needed some friendly service and upbeat staff.
All very helpful (and entertaining). Of course, the food was also good - had the margarita, Sugar/lemon and banana split with Belgian chocolate 👍👍 Also for the training extras 🙏🏻
We stumbled across Crepeaffair in Brighton and we found a gem!
Delicious savory and sweet pancakes and the most amazing milkshakes. We will be back!
Great service from Michael and team.
This is a franchise so this review is the branch tucked away at 51-53 Camden Passage, Islington, London N1 8EA. I've been there several times over the years. It is relaxed and friendly with reasonable prices - if you like crepes! Big windows give an open feel and the spectating on trendy passers-by.
