Amazing product. After cleaning, all of my sneakers felt like brand new.
The foam, the protective spray, the travel cleaning kit, everything's top notch.

Due to some system issue website made me pay for shipping even though I reached the amount that should guarantee the free shipment.
I sent only one email to Crep Protect team and within a few hours got a response that my refund for shipment was issued. No additional questions or explanations - just pure customer service excellence

It really is an excellent product, of very high quality. I received a faulty item; customer service refunded me, but couldn’t send me a new one as the product was out of stock. However, after several months, the product became available again and customer service sent it to me as promised. Truly exceptional customer service. Some brands would do well to take a leaf out of their book.

Update: I was fully refunded after my latest complaint. Not sure if I’ll ever get the products. Time will tell.

If I could I would give 0/5 stars. My first complaint of the product not being delivered was over a month ago. By then I already waited for almost 2 weeks. I’ve been emailing back and forth since 24th of February to get my products. Nothing so far. Every time I get told about this being high priority. They actually managed to get as far as Turku, Finland with the final destination being Helsinki, Finland when the tracking shows my stuff back in Sweden for some reason. I was also promised 50% refund and the missing items but no sign of the refund or items so far. Would never order again and can’t recommend anyone else doing it either.

I used their cure kit earlier but now signed up to order from their website and use a 20% promotion on first orders. I ran into an issue with registering my phone number, they got back to me on this very quickly with a solution. The package was shipped real fast and when I noticed a minor mistake with it and wrote them, they got back with a solution super fast - great customer care!
On the products: I love to use their cure travel kit and couldn’t wait to try out some other products. Upon the arrival of my order I did and I’m amazed by the quality of all. Love my clean kicks and their fresh smell! Absolutely recommended.

Received my order of the crep protect shoe boxes, found the door on one of them was snapped. Email crep with pictures and within half an hour I had a reply with a replacement on route. Amazing customer service.

I have been using Crep Protect for a long time now and i am always pleasantly surprised. My sneakers (especially light-colored ones) stay clean much longer and water simply rolls off them—just as promised. The spray is super easy to apply and leaves no stains or unpleasant odors. I also use Deo Vanquish every day. You can really tell that these are high-quality products.

I would particularly like to highlight the customer service: queries are answered quickly and always in a super-friendly manner. You feel taken seriously and well looked after – that's very important to me personally.
