ZERO COMMUNICATION

Ordered and paid for a pair of trainers for my son as a Christmas present via PayPal (thank the lord) no communication until I messaged them on Insta (ignored email) Now I have just received an email saying they are refunding... thanks... lets hope I can order something in time now... Seems to be a lot of these sites popping up and doing this (this is my second refund and exactly the same format/layout/difficulties)

We had a lot of traffic and orders over the black Friday and Christmas period which created such errors. We take this very seriously, and have temporarily taken our website down to fix this so it doesn't happen again.
