I ordered one item for $29.99, but my credit card was charged $142.12. I called right away to ask about the extra orders and if they could be canceled before shipping, and was told to contact them after receiving the items. I then received seven additional items and tried to return them, but was told returns are only accepted for damaged items, even though their app clearly states 🌎 180 Days Free Return.

There’s no damage, and I didn’t order or want these extra items. Instead of fixing the overcharge, I’m being made to deal with unnecessary hassle.

Scam. Bought a personalised keychain. Asked when to expect it and was told to wait up to 15 days for processing. Contacted them after one month to say still hadn't received the item (forty dollars cost). No reply at all after one week. Sent another and still nothing. Luckily bought via PayPal so hoping they can retrieve the payment for me.
