Withdrawal blocked unless I make additional deposits
I initially deposited only $50 as a test because I wanted to see whether the platform was reliable before investing more.
At first, everything appeared to work and the account showed investment returns. Then the platform stopped functioning normally and I was informed that, after “system maintenance”, I had to make a new minimum deposit of $50 to reactivate my account and continue using it.
I refused to deposit more money and instead tried to withdraw my existing funds.
My first withdrawal request for $10 was actually processed and sent on-chain. However, when I requested another $10 withdrawal, it was rejected and my account was deactivated with the message that it had been disabled for a “serious cause”.
A few days later, my account was unexpectedly reactivated. Without any action from me, the transaction history showed:
a $100 deposit added by the “System” which I never made,
a new $178 Gold Plan investment which I never authorized,
continued investment returns being credited to the account.
I then tried another $10 withdrawal. The platform states a processing time of approximately 10 minutes, but the withdrawal remained Pending for more than 8 days.
After contacting support, I was told that my account had reached its withdrawal limit and that I needed to make another deposit of $135 in order to access higher withdrawal limits and “reconcile my tax accounts with the Crestviews platform”.
They also stated that the $135 would be credited to my balance and could later be withdrawn.
In other words, I was being asked to send another $135 before being allowed to withdraw an existing $10 request.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend extreme caution. I would not send this platform any additional funds. My access to existing funds became conditional on making further deposits, and transactions and investments also appeared in my account which I did not initiate myself.
