How do you get your money back? Been scammed out of £60 and loads of spam email. AVOID at all costs. Don’t even know how I was getting email marketing from them. Ordered 5 weeks ago emailed numerous times, payment taken and nothing.

This is a scamming company. You have been warned. Penny pinching ponces.

I agree the service from this organisation is appalling. I’ve been waiting sometime for my order, I have tried several times to communicate but have had no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone

This company is an absolute joke ordered some teeth whitening strips on the 30th of March it's now the evening of the 21st of April after many emails to them asking where my strips are they told me they were posted on the 8th of April by 48-hour royal mail delivery I've since contacted them again and again and again trying to find out where my strips are???? as I needed them for a special occasion and they have nit replied to my emails took the money from my account the day I ordered them
do not order from this company absolute nightmare I wished I'd read the reviews before ordering

Everyone’s delayed order is apparently royal mails fault.

I don’t think I will ever get what I paid for.

Awful delivery times, I actually asked for a refund after a month and they refused me one, they responded to none of my emails/messages submitted on their website, and when the order finally arrived, it was missing half of the items I had ordered. I asked for a refund once more (for what was missing) and they totally ignored my request and said they’d send the product out to me, so who knows when this one will arrive!!

Fortunately, the whitening strips did work well for me when they finally arrived.

Ordered over a month ago still nothing has arrived and the only contact is an automated email. Scamming company avoid at all costs

I ordered from crestwhitestrips.com.au but they are not replying on my email neither shipped my product. I start to be worry and think that I got scammed. Did anyone ordered from that website before guys ??

Hi have been using the crest 3D white stirps for 2 days and already notice a difference! They are brighter, less stained and I'm so excited to see how they turn out with more use.

However I am now experiencing some mild sensitivity, so I plan to reduce the time to 20 minutes each treatment in hopes of reducing the pain.

All in all I would absolutely recommend, just keep an eye on the time and usage

Ordered teeth whitening strips they took money 1st June,and not recieved my goods,disgusting have had no explanation or email poor rubbish service.

I ordered in April and have not received anything.... I spent £59.99..... I have emailed 3 times and just get a reply saying I have been given a ticket and will hear back.... nothing... the website has said they are not taking orders anymore so I’m guessing it’s a spam site looking at other relieves and they are fraudsters.

Ordered product on April 21st and still has not arrived. Sent 4 emails enquiring and nothing back. Took my money and never received anything back

I made my order on 22nd of May, two weeks and a few emails later I received absolutely nothing. When I wrote the first email I received a “ticket” with a link to check the progress of my query which doesn’t work!!! No response, no product and no money! Do not recommend !
