I booked a taxi through Booking Canet Travel

I booked a taxi through Booking, with Canet Travel but unfortunately, the driver did not wait for us — even though we had a confirmed reservation. Our flight was slightly delayed due to baggage claim, but we received no call or message from the driver. When we finally arrived at the meeting point, the taxi was already gone. This was very disappointing and stressful after a long flight. I expected better communication and reliability from a service booked through Booking. Lady on the line didn’t offer us any other solution.

Insider Knowhow Crete

Giannis from CreteTravel is a top specialist for Crete because he is from that island and knows wonderful and unique places, hotels, activities and more. I have already booked more than 3 times our holidays with him and it was always perfect.
