Excellent and professional service, I contacted cribbin & co solicitors in order to get my fathers will updated

I spoke with Tracey who was very helpful, and she arranged an appointment with Siobhan where we was able to make the changes.

We excellent service from Siobhan and Tracey of Cribbin and Co Solicitor’s when updating our Will’s recently. They were both helpful and informative with excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend their services.

Siobhan is a lovely lady and did an excellent job in helping us to articulate what my wife and I wanted to get from our new wills. Her support staff were also responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Car parking in Lymm was fairly easy when visiting her offices, even during the Easter Holiday! The end result was exactly what we wanted and gives us peace of mind now.

excellent firm to deal with, Siobhan is a very caring friendly lady as well as good at her job. I notice some reviews complain about time taken, as someone who has dealt with the legal profession at all levels for years I have seen the chaos that rushing things can do, much rather be a little bit slower and exact, saves a lot of misery in the future. I was kept informed at each milestone and when I have need of legal services in future, will be straight back to Siobhan and her colleagues

I attended the office with my wife to have a Will written , after taking all the details off us we were told to attend the office a few weeks later to sign the paperwork,
We heard nothing from them for 6 weeks tried to contact via telephone no response attended the “office “ a rented space in the local Lymm library told the solicitor only there on certain days , Eventually a few days later got a response from an E mail stating they had lost the file and were looking for it , Weeks passed and no contact from this solicitor only glad we didn’t get the Will done by this firm as can only imaging the problems later on if we had , avoid at all costs very unprofessional in the way they go about business !

Save yourself a load of hassle and grief and avoid this solicitor. If you want things to take double the length of time things should take , never have your calls or emails answered then go ahead. Otherwise choose a solicitor with 4/5 star reviews.

I used Cribbin & Co to deal with my late grandmothers estate after her death.
I can not recommend the team highly enough, from my initial call to find out if they could help they couldn’t of been more helpful. They took time to advise me and run through a variety of options. Having no idea how wills/probates worked they explained every stage and step we would need to take.
Things were running very smoothly till we encountered a challenge on my grandmothers will, this made me panic and worry no end, however I was informed and calmly given clear instructions on what we do next and I was put at ease despite the worry. What followed was a few months of evidence gathering which the team at Cribbin & Co did with the upmost detail, I was given weekly updates via phone and email. After a few months they successfully dealt with the challenge and I was awarded the estate just as my grandmother wished, I feel if it wasn’t for Siobhan and her company I wouldn’t of been so fortunate! I can not recommend the company enough. Thank you so much for your hard work over those months, I appreciate it so much.

I don’t really write reviews but due to the excellent customer service I have recently received from Cribbin and Co I have had to write one.

I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and most recently I have employed Cribbin and Co to deal with a family members estate.

I would say I am a very difficult customer and like to be updated constantly.

Siobhan is professional, knowledgable, very approachable and has assisted me during this very upsetting time.

I understand it has been a lengthy process but I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received.

I would recommend anybody to deal with Cribbin and Co.

We used this company for two wills including powers of attorney based on previous good reviews. After a positive first meeting we were assure we would be “chased” up weekly until completion. Eighteen months later the only contact we have had has been a single letter at the end of July requesting us to contact them as the matter is still showing as outstanding. We made three follow up calls, leaving two messages with our full contact details over the next two weeks in case they had some how been lost, with no contact from Cribbin and Co. Whatsoever. Save your time and money and go elsewhere…

Contacted after the death of my mum to sort dads will and LPA. Everything seemed fine, paperwork sent and signed. Then all of a sudden nothing, didn’t hear from them for months, I contacted them and was informed there was a delay with covid. Waited a long time again and didn’t hear a thing, from then on there was zero replies to voicemails, texts, phone calls, emails etc. this has been going on since Nov 2020. Then I made a comment on Facebook about a month ago and someone replied from cribbins, so I thought yes, something is happening, I was informed my case had been archived?? she would reactivate and issue all the paperwork. Then yet again silence has ensued. Heard nothing since. Absolute bunch of jokers this firm of ‘solicitors’?? Really dubious, I would proceed with caution.
