A Great Experience!

I ordered a picture on behalf of my mum for her new apartment. Initially I messed up my order and had to cancel it. Michelle was very helpful as I had a panic when the funds left my account. Michelle answered my queries very swiftly and set my mind at rest. I received a full refund when promised and was able to re-order the picture. My mum is really pleased with it and it has taken pride of place in the new living room. Thank you to all involved, particularly Michelle for sorting everything out for me!

Horrible quality

Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from here. While the pictures themselves are lovely, the frames are horrendous. They cost so much money and yet are awful quality. The first one I bought had terrible gaping at the top, so I contacted them and they sent a replacement for free (which I appreciated, the customer service was great) but this replacement one had the exact same issue. If I bought this for £50 then I would understand, but £200 for a frame that doesn’t even hold the image properly? Absolutely ridiculous, avoid and save your money.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ITS A SCAM! I asked for a refund and they refuse to give me but offered me 15% of my money back which I still haven't gotten. I still haven't received my order and its going on 2 months late. Worst experience of my life

The pieces looked better than they did…

Damage in transit

I ordered 3 prints and after opening the packaging noted that 2 of them had slight damage, which appeared to have occurred during transit. On contacting customer services they requested photos of the packaging and damage to the prints, one with a minor dent to the frame and the other a crack in the acrylic. Pat from customer services replied to my query immediately and agreed to replace the damaged items. I am very impressed with the quick and professional response from Pat to resolve this issue.

Issue Resolved QUICKLY

I received my prints and needed to reach out to customer service. One of the prints had a visible white line at the top. I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to adjust the poster myself, being it was taped close on the backside.
I received a quick response back from Pat who was super helpful. Asked for some additional photos to be able to see what the issue was and possibly prevent this in the future from happening.
From the start, I was offered a replacement print at no additional cost. As well as not having to ship back my original print.
I had some follow up questions, but each time Pat responded within a day to my emails. Very prompt service and I was. very pleased.

Good communication when I had a…

Good communication when I had a problem. I'd ordered a poster instead of a picture. Helen gave me the return address and yes I had to pay for this, but it was my error. Had full store credit so I could reorder a correct piece. Helen and Aja always answered my emails and sorted this out for me.

I have ordered a painting however it…

16/04/26 - 1 star - I have ordered a painting however it got lost in the transit, Emailed the company, advising if they will send out a replacement or give me a full refund. I have received no response from them. Emailed them again three days later and still not received a response. Their website states, responses are within 28-48 hours. Not a good start!!

Update 24/04/26 - 4 star - I eventually received a response from them it what it’s seems was a technical issue from their side. They have advised they will send a replacement. Got the tracking details and I have received the artwork. Opened it and check and was in good condition and no issues. Thanks to Christian and Helen

What wonderful customer service

What wonderful customer service , dear Helen how can I thank you enough for all your help , care and patience !
Because of you I will be ordering again from Crib of Art. I’m 77 and have been scammed by two online companies both for $500+ sadly one was a fictitious Australian rug company called RUGGY which didn’t respond to any requests to return a rug even though they advertised easy returns / refunds and another Chinese furniture company VENTURA which charged us $500 to return two tv units to China -the boxes hadn’t even been opened.
