Poor customer service and Shoddy workmanship

I sent my Cricut Maker machine in for new rollers. Took weeks to get it back. Rollers were replaced but the housing was not put back on properly so it is bent out of shape and this affects the indicator lights now not working, cardstock jamming when it rolls out and a connectivity problem where it just shuts itself off. I contacted the company immediately by text and email numerous times with no response. I disputed the charges of $150 but the company was able to keep my money anyway. The whole process has taken 3 months. Shoddy work and worse customer service.
