I Would Rate This 6 Stars If I Could, There Is No Lag! I Love This Host And Its Really Cheap And Support Are Active, Ive Moved On Here From Nitrous Networks, They Where Really Bad And Sometimes Support Did Not Respond For A Whole Day, And The Panel Was Always Broken... Stop Paying For Slots.

I’ll say this about Crident.
Support is active, and our 125% CPU ran a MASSIVE StarWarsRP event today with 48 players online. There was some lag but not to the point of unplayability.
If we were still on our NFOservers hosted server the server would have crashed completely and remained offline while we tried to reboot it. The server even managed to not crash(though it nearly did) when our Engineer Battalion set off hundreds of explosives that unfroze practically every prop on the map at once.

Overall a good host.
Had a few issues in the beginning with Steam HTTP and the server not starting, however it was fixed promptly.
Good performance, and I haven't had a single downtime caused directly by the host yet.
The support is helpful, and usually fairly quick to respond (12-24 hour turnaround time or so)
I like the idea of the whole "stop paying for slots" concept, as I've been scammed by others prices before
EDIT: Raised to five star, the panel is amazing and has extra content I haven't seen from any other host. Has been great using.

Great and quick support, active staff/leadership team and overall a great host for any kind of server with their unique hosting strategy.

Okay so Crident is absolutely amazing!
Their panel is really good, 10 times better than TCAdmin. Also the stability and speed of the servers are amazing! The only thing that needs to be better is the support. I hope they will improve this in the future.
I would highly recommend this host for large servers!

i would recommend this company to anyone.

I read only good reviews with people saying there is great support but where ? I am happy to change my review when I see evidence of that. I have asked for a refund as I am not yet ready to put my gmod darkrp server public. I had one reply but nothing in 8 hours since. I’m hoping I am just getting them at a bad time but I still can let this go unnoticed

another thing is I paid for the server it has now been 22 hours and it still isn’t up !

I’m not happy one bit as I switched from my usual host to come try this out and have had a very bad experience so far

I’m happy to change my review if I get even just a reply or a reason for why support is so delayed

I now have the server after 40+ hours of waiting but that’s still beside the point I contacted support over a day ago and no response. I have now had to go through PayPal to request a refund.

I have now had a response 30+ hours later

"Who here promised good support? Noone at Crident will claim our support is fast or 24/7 etc. because that isn't what we are."

Which is fair enough because on there site it doesn't say anything of the sort but I still have no time estimate when I am getting a refund because they said they cant process a refund with a claim on it. Even though I have had refunds in the past from claims but still.

I understand this may just be 1 bad experience so I am bumping it to 2 stars as that does accurately display my experience. Hopefully anyone reading this that does choose crident for your server hosting doesn't have this many issues.

So finally i got the refund I asked for and the support was decent today !
I have been informed they're under a heavy load (Like i expected)

I am still thinking of trying them out in the future because the service they offer is a good way to do servers because you can change the slot on the fly (Which I think no other company offers) for a competitive price !

The reason I am not bumping the score up any higher is because it still wasn't the best experience. I will have my server ready to upload in 1-2 days and if I choose Crident I will update this review on how that goes !

I had a bit of a bumpy start due to some new servers in a different country having small issues. But the staff team were helpful and the owner himself jumped onto the case and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes! They apologized and gave me some compensation to say sorry. Really kind people; and after the server issues were fixed the server ran flawlessly!! Great quality, great staff and support and great prices, what more could you ask for?

If you are not using crident what is happening in your life? This service blew my mind when I first decided to switch to it, I got a 20 slot server for just 2 pounds! The support is amazing, they feature a Discord where you can live chat with there support team and other server owners. They are really nice and gave me extra days to say sorry for downtime which wasn't even there fault. You should switch now!

I recently started a server on Crident, and it has been a great experience. There hasn't been any downtime on my garry's mod server itself, although the TCAdmin control panel was down for ~24hrs, but I believe that was a rare occasion. They are also working on a new control panel, which will be even better than it already is. Very easy to manage for a new server owner, cheap prices, and great performance. Their support is outstanding, tickets get answered, they are also not automated. They also have a discord server where you can get even more help from either the staff team or the other server owners.

I've currently got web hosting and a game-server with Crident and its been great! You can use their discord or website to get support and they respond within 5-10 minutes. The website has a great interactive design, the staff team are friendly and have answered all the problems that I've had. I would seriously suggest this Host if you are considering Running a server yourself.

Never had an issue with Crident best provider out there, Customer service is on point. The Servers were impeccable. Even with a control panel that's having issues (not their fault), they still provide quality service

In short, if I couldn't fix it they could.

This company is struggling to balance high demand communities with complex requirements and people who are totally new to hosting while managing growth.
Because they do it so well a lot of people dont understand how new they are still, and how they're still ironing out teething issues other companies have had the years to address.

Nevertheless they've refused to give up through all the negative drama. I think it just fuels the owner more tbh

I've been with crident's hosting service for 3 months now and I can say that it's been pretty much perfect. The setup was simple and easy to get going, and when I had any problems they were dealt with quickly. I've had a recent influx in new players and a good few of them have actually asked which host I use as the ping is always good(or as good as it can get, it's Gmod after all). the staff team that deal with support tickets are always quick to respond, and if it's urgent they reply quickly though discord. The community they have is great, they are always willing to help someone out. I would recommend anybody that is looking for a host to go with crident :)
