Very thorough with questions brilliant service

When I called the helpline I was extremely anxious I had not spoken about my ordeal to a stranger before and was apprehensive of what it entailed. The man I spoke to (Youssef Anbar) helped me to feel at ease and was patient and understanding at all times. He clearly explained the process and what they needed from me. He made the entire process no where near as scary as I imagined it would be. I was afraid that I may have left it too late but Youseff assured me that because of my situation I was still eligible to make a claim . Although I am afraid of what the future will hold regarding my claim , I am glad I made the first step.

They were super helpful and though I was reliving traumatic experiences, they were calming and took their time. The lady I spoke to is called Basma and she was so patient and knew exactly what to tell me to do when it got a bit much.
