Everything arrived beautifully wrapped and a lot of care and attention had obviously been payed to my order.
They're super responsive and knowledgeable over the phone and happy to help with any questions you have.

My order was very slightly delayed (I was expecting a slight wait due to parts being manufactured to order) and they called me, unprompted, to apologise and threw a couple of extra bits and pieces in to say sorry. This was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated and shows the dedication to providing an excellent service.
I plan to spend all my money there.

Crimson undertook a complete refurbishment of my 18 year old guitar with a refret, new nut and saddle, electrical checks, new neck inlay and a general clean up. It now plays and sounds as it originally did.
They have a wealth of knowledge in building, maintaining and repairing guitars. and a very enthusiastic and skilled team. Highly recommended.

Fast efficient delivery good product

I ordered a straight edge ruler when I had meant to order a notched straight edge. I emailed the team when I realised and they changed my mistake instantly for me. That alone gave me so much faith in them.

Fantastic quality tools and gear as usual!

I booked a 6-day course. First of all, I have to say that the instructors, especially James, were very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

However, what I felt was lacking was a clear structure. It would have been nice if there had been an introduction to guitar making at the beginning. Instead, the individual steps were essentially presented in minute detail: "Now stick this template on and rout a pocket x millimeters deep."

The reasons for each step, and especially why it was done in that particular order, or even alternative methods, were somewhat neglected.

I believe I would have gotten significantly more out of the course with a more structured approach. It was alright for a first introduction to guitar making, but I'm not sure if I would recommend it.

With internet research, YouTube, and simple tests, my subsequent guitar builds have definitely been of much higher quality (using considerably different construction techniques).

Just a great experience, as a whole.
