I bought a notched straight edge for getting my guitar neck as straight as possible. It's a good solid piece of metal with a nice paint design on it. Does the job fine and have been turning the truss rod on most of my guitars recently now I have the ability to do so. It is not a cheap tool but it's well machined and should last a lifetime... You get what you pay for. Excellent service from Crimson guitars and delivery was fast and fuss free.

Digital Nut Slotting Gauge.

Not used it yet, but was on sale and knew I would use in the future. Saw it used on Milehouse Studios youtube channel, he always speaks highly of it.

I buy from Crimson because of Ben’s passion for everything about guitars, the tools, the polish and oils everything researched from centuries old technology and then refined for modern use, if you buy anything from Crimson be it tools or cleaning fluids or anything else just trust it will work

I love the body. I have always wanted a flying v bass. My only complaints are with the neck. It was bowed and I had to change the screws to get it flushed to the body. Plus I had to file the frets because they stuck out too much. I had to pay more to get it to Spain but that's Brexit' problem. One other minor issue is I would have appreciated more info on how to hook up the pickups because I had an extra wire I didn't know I had to attach to the bridge to ground it because I had an annoying buzz the first time I tested it.

This was a fantastic experience. The joy of putting together a guitar to suit you brings the entire "custom" guitar concept to a new level. I managed to execute, under careful guidance by Crimson professionals, a dream guitar. Upon inspection, I can see minute details that were designed to suit my playing style, and that I managed to incorporate, given the boundaries that a given project requires. But this is exactly the point - those minute details are the ones that make a good guitar turn into a fantastic guitar. The beauty of doing it yourself is that you can test at every step of the way. The end result is a guitar that was made for you, by yourself. Will come back as soon as I can!
