We placed an order on 14th January 2024. This was never received so we called and chased them. We were told they were dispatched via Royal Mail. They agreed to send replacement items but again these have never been received and despite trying to chase, they never answer the phone, return voicemails or reply to emails. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!
