I am fairly new at crocheting (started in May) and I have already made 4 bags. The materials are of very good quality. Besides the directions, you also have access to left-handed and right-handed online tutorials. This was a home run for me since I am left-handed. Customer is also very responsive. I highly recommend these kits.

Such a shame Customer Services is so appalling, as the kit itself was lovely. I wish you paid as much attention to you after sales as you do your beautiful packaging.

My kit arrived only a few days after ordering which was really pleasing but when I opened the kit, I had several bits missing, I emailed them,got a response from "Terry" asking me to send pictures of what I received, which I did, he said he would send me the missing bits. Over a week later I contacted them again to say they hadn't been received and he said it had, and sent me a picture of my original order arriving.
I am very disappointed as the kit looked good.
UPDATE: replacements parts finally received.

Just received the kit of the sunny beach bag! Impressed with the presentation in the box and the quality of what I received. Already started and it seems the YouTube tutorials are pretty good! Hopefully I manage to do the whole bag ! That s another story but I really recommend them !

I got wrong screws for the bag, tried to contact them numerous times and no reply. So disappointing!!!

I’ve ordered a bag and it arrived as expected. I’ve started to make it and so far no issue! You need to follow the video tutorials as the instructions on paper is not good enough.

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT order from this company. Bought in good faith at the end of January, with intentions of buying more if I liked it. It never arrived. Tracking stated at local distributor then stated returned to sender, no explanation, nothing. Crochet park keep fobbing me off with stating they will contact delivery company, as if yet no satisfactory answer. I have now requested a refund, 'contact me tomorrow ' is the reply, I have, two days past that 'tomorrow ' and nothing. I have held off writing this review as I hoped for a satisfactory outcome and I told them this but it looks as though my money has been lost. They come from China be careful.

Very disappointed. My kit arrived and looks good however the instructions are a diagram which I don't understand. I've tried to use the QR code and input the code number for the online tutorial but it won't accept this so have no way of even starting this kit. I've emailed for help but had no response. Can't even find any returns information!

I placed my first order for one of the bags. The order arrived within 3 days and was beautifully packaged and well organised. The wool is soft, the tools excellent and tutorial very easy to follow. I love the colours, range of handles and that everything you need is all there. I am looking forward to ordering more from their great range.

Box arrived with everything in it but I decided I wanted a different colour. I messaged customer service and asked if I could return so I could get another one. They said if I left a good review they would send me yarn. I said I would be happy to leave a review once yarn had been received as if I left a good review I the may not receive the yarn. Took about a week or so as messages are only replied to around 2am think from China. but they did send me a different colour yarn ad I have just started the bag, I haven't crochet before and so far I am really enjoying it and the yarn seems really good quality. I cannot fault the product one star taken off be because they should not ask for a review before dealing with an issue you have.

My son purchased the Sunny Holiday bag for me for my birthday. I’ve never crocheted before! The kit is amazing, everything you need is included. Had trouble accessing the online tutorials but a quick email to customer service solved this issue, they responded within 24 hours! Really enjoying my first experience & will definitely buy more kits!

Placed an order for three bag kits. One bag kit arrived extremely quickly the others got stuck in evri for a considerable amount of time (the backlog of Christmas gifts stuck in Evri made the news at this time), but everything arrived eventually. The bag kits are well packaged, everything required to make the bags was included, even small items such as sewing needles, thread, tape measure, stitch markers and crochet hooks.  The quality of everything seems very good. Paper instructions and very easy to follow video instructions were included with instructions for left handed as well as right handers. There were multiple videos for different sections of the bags which was very helpful. I contacted customer service a few times Terry was helpful, and always replied. Ordered the Aveline bag, beach tote and the Garden Bee. The Aveline bag is very easy to make, it’s a flat woven nylon yarn and is absolutely beautiful when finished. The beach tote, little trickier, as getting the yarn tension just right can take a few goes to get used to the thick cotton yarn,  but still very beautiful and enjoyable to make. The bags are well thought out, well finished and plenty of yarn is included. Garden bee is still boxed. I am very happy with my order and would definitely not hesitate to order again. Order took three weeks to arrive.

Wrong wool sent in box. Wool had clearly been used by someone else.
Torn wrapper for wool so I can’t read the care instructions.

No paper instructions.
No code to video for instructions.

Curt email from someone called Terry who then sent me the WRONG code for the vide for a completely different product. Ignored all my queries even though it took over a day to get a response.

Terrible service and product. Avoid.

I really enjoy the process of making the bag. The set contains all you need and the instructions are easy to follow.
It takes quite some time to finish the large Garden Bee Bag but I personally like bigger projects that keep me occupied for a while.
The yarn of good quality and has a beatiful, rich colour.
I already ordered a new set.
