Wish I had read the reviews before ordering on Crocs.ca. I ordered one pair of croc classic clogs, and paid extra for shipping charges. Within a day Crocs.ca made a shipping label with tracking number. (this is easily done in the stores). BUT, the carrier / shipping company showed me the tracking and the parcel was never submitted to carrier. When I contacted Crocs the shoes we ordered are now sold out. I dont want a different pair, and Crocs WILL NOT refund my money. The Crocs rep. kept repeating NO REFUNDS FOR LOST IN SHIPPING!! They refused to acknowledge that carriers clear statements they never received the parcel. It is not lost in shipping when Crocs. ca never send the parcel to the carrier. No shoes, they never shipped the parcel, and no refund!!!
Terrible customer service…
I had a terrible experience with Croc's online customer service. I thought Croc was a reputable business that valued its customers and fans, but I was wrong. I placed an order online using Afterpay, but I didn't receive any confirmation even after a few days. When I reached out to their customer service via chat, I informed them that I had already made the first payment. The agent responded that the order had been canceled without any explanation, saying that it "happens from time to time."
While I was trying to continue the conversation for more clarity, the agent abruptly closed the chat. It felt like being hung up on during a phone call. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from any company, let alone one as well-known as Croc. I do not recommend them and will be taking my business elsewhere. The name CROC will now always have a negative connotation for me.
Awful return process. Don’t buy online
Awful return process. I was unable to take them to a Cricket store for a refund as it was an online purchase. Being in Canada you have to pay to return items. It cost me $20 to return two pairs. They were received at the Croc Warehouse on July 8th according to my tracking number. Crocs says it takes 10-14 days to have your refund processed. It has been 23 days and my account still says pending refund. I emailed a week ago and nothing. I used the live chat feature and the agent told me that sometimes the banks take longer to issue the refund. When I told him how long it has been he said he will manually input the refund since nothing has happened yet. I was then told upon approval it will take another 10-14 days plus wait time from the bank until I see my refund. It is honestly not worth the hassle buying online. Save your time and money.
Delivery Failure
I ordered crocs through crocs.ca for my child. According to the tracking info, the shipping company tried to deliver them twice, however no one got into contact with us despite my info being correct. They are currently being returned to the crocs warehouse by the shipping company, and are not an option to purchase again on the website. I won’t be purchasing anything off of the crocs website ever, because the same thing will just keep happening. Whatever shipping company they used just permanently lost them my business.
Horrible sizing and customer service

Customer service and online return policy are 2 Serious problems with Crocs!
"Easy and fast returns": crocs says to return crocs purchased online to any of their authorized locations for a full and immediate refund: lie.
The outlets will not accept returns/exchanges of online purchased goods! I went to 3 outlets!
Since Crocs refuses to provide return labels, you must pay for returns yourself.
It doesn't matter if return is for exchange or refund.
I have complained to Crocs and have never recd a reply.
They will reply with a standard response that does not refer to your querie. It is so pathetic that I actually asked one customer rep to stop contacting me. They try to get good reviews!
Not from this former customer who is still waiting for a refund to be issued for 2 pairs of Crocs, that I paid dearly to have returned.....and it took annoying amount of time for customer service to reply to request for Crocs return address!

Worst customer service possible.
No free return, ok, but customer service isn't able to help you with anything. I ordered an item and the day after they sent me 25% off thay same item. They didn't want to adjust the fee, which is a real lack of courtesy. I don't know where these guys are located but you have to répète many times before the agent understand, if he does. After I told them politely that I had a very bad customer service with them, the guy just closed the chat. I now boycot Crocs.
Hassel it is, TERRIBLE customer service
It’s now been 4 weeks and still NO refund. Terrible customer service . They don’t answer emails, or 1 on 2 Times! I went to nearby store to return, indicated on the site, but they are not willing to take returns! Si I went to Canada post… I had to pay 20,52$ to return my items and still waiting for my refund. They write Hassle free returns on their site, but a hassle IT IS ! Will never buy online anymore, and even no Crocs! Very bad experience

Terrible online shopping. And customer service! I call them many time tell them they charge me over 60 dollars for two pairs of shoes. But they excuse. I hope they can refund me 6.85 dollars ! Order number is 04880136CCA ! I only keep two pairs of shoes. I refund four pairs of. Shoes ! You total charge me 189! Refund me 119.15. So. I cost 69.85. For two pairs of shoes !! It is wrong. Wish I could give 0 stars … don’t be fooled by the recognizable name as they are liars & rip off artists. I have never in my life experienced such brutal customer service … I spent over $600 for Crocs for all my grandkids and when their own coupon didn’t work online I contacted them but they refused to honour it saying it was too late as the order was already placed, plus the tracking number they issued turned out to be false and then lied about my order status. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just muted the line and ignored me until I hung up 30 minutes later. It’s truly shameful … it will be Croc knock-offs from now on for our family because this company is a sham

If I could leave no stars I would. For such a known company their customer service and policies are horrible. I ordered 2 pairs on a Friday, just got a email saying one of the pairs I purchased are on sale, I called on the next business day (Monday) and they said they wont adjust the price. They said id have to order them again and return but good luck getting it approved for a return. I have never had a company say they wont do this. I haven't even received the shoes yet, so I have no idea why they couldn't make this adjustment. They really don't care about their customers or their experience.

Beware of Crocs Canada
I wanted to take advantage of end of season sales in August 2023 and decided to buy a pair of Crocs online. After the shipping costs (there should not be a shipping cost!), there was virtually no savings, but I found a a pair of crocs that were suitable and decided I would get the pair sent. It took three fricking weeks to receive the pair! When I tried the crocs on they were too small. So, I ultimately sent them back... total hassle! It took 2 attempts on the phone to work out return shipping and about an hour on hold and conversation between the two calls. The other issue is, I could not just "easily" return the crocs to an authorized dealer in Vancouver (as the customer service person said I could), because EVERY single store that Crocs Canada had on their website either did not exist anymore or refused to take my ordered crocs as a return or exchange= total BS! I was willing to mail my crocs back and exchange for a pair that fit, but the company said I had to return, get a refund, and go through the whole process again- really? I sent the Crocs off. SEVEN weeks later, I got the refund. The entire process of purchase, return, and refund took about 2 and a half months! Why would I ever buy from these guys again? In fact, you should not.... Because of Crocs Canada, I actually lost a little faith in online shopping. Do not buy from these guys unless you want to be frustrated.
