Avoid disappointment and do not buy…

Avoid disappointment and do not buy through this company. Their products are expensive but the quality is poor. I purchased brass fittings for all my windows and doors and they have all changed colour overnight. When I contacted the company they suggested it was due to outdoor conditions such a sea air etc, however I live in London and these are products to be used externally. Very disappointed indeed. And no offer to replace either…
