I was really impressed with the support they provide in help setting up the camera. I would recommend purchasing the 360 Crorzar system. Camera works great and like the idea I can check on my dog and apartment anytime. Fast delivery and good support.

Those are both things that can be adjusted in settings. If you need help please give our tech support a call at 855.700.2482 option 3 and we'd love to help. Or you can check out our youtube channel for some helpful videos.
The "Set Watch" function is what you want to adjust. Sounds like you have motion tracking enabled. When that is enabled, the cameras returns to a default position after a certain amount of time. You can change that default position by navigating the camera to the desired position and hitting "Set Watch" in the app.

I have peace of mind when away from my home...I can truly enjoy life knowing the "Manor" is protected!! The value of peace of mind is priceless!! Thank You Crorzar...You must know I've added 3 more bringing my coverage of grounds and common areas to 7 pan/tilt units...and human detection capabilities that set the bar others can only hope to copy!! Danny Mapp my customer rep should get a raise.
I do not know where you got my customer rep but he is a keeper. He was very professional as well as product savvy. He was very patient with me and even kept his word to call me back the following day to check to see if I had any questions. I am thoroughly now a fan. Way to go Danny you are top shelf.

A complete disappointment
A complete disappointment. The initial setup is simple enough but once you get to setting the many functions, there are no instructions. I contacted Customer Support three times and they were not able to provide adequate service. Crorzar has ignored my repeated messages both via phone as well as email. I am now asking for a return shipping label and complete refund. Guess what - they are not responding! My opinion is very low of this company and absolutely do not recommend.
