Continuous litany of problems with the…

Continuous litany of problems with the BMPWX. Two failed Red Dot sights, two failed magazines and one failed weapon. It seems like something ALWAYS breaks. Horrible quality. Return window is closed so I am screwed. I so hate to just toss the weapon aside and never use it again. Looks like that is what's going happen though. I need something more reliable !

Re: Non-Delivery of Purchased Product (Crosman Full Auto A4 Alternative Air Gun)

Dear Crosman Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment and distress regarding a recent purchase I made from your company that, much to my disappointment, has yet to arrive. I have been following up with your team over this issue but regrettably, to no avail.

On January 26th, 2024, at approximately 11:58 p.m., my son Grant and I purchased a Crosman full auto A4 Alternative air gun from your esteemed corporation. This was meant to serve as a tool for bonding, however, instead, it has turned into a cause of emotional distress due to its non-delivery.

As proof of our transaction, kindly refer to the copy of the purchase receipt attached herein (Exhibit A). The transaction worth $99 was paid in full using my VISA card with the last four digits 0052. Subsequently, I received several emails from your team assuring delivery of the purchased item by set dates (Exhibits B, C, and D). However, none of them were true to their promises.

My son and I have been left in distress due to this unfulfilled promise, causing emotional pain and anxiety. This failure of your company has not just deprived us of the product but also of the happiness and bond we were looking forward to creating.

In light of this, I demand a complete refund of my $99 and seek damages for the emotional distress caused to my son and me. Furthermore, I implore you to investigate this matter at the earliest so that other customers might not have to go through the same predicament as us.

I would appreciate your urgent attention and look forward to a prompt response addressing this matter. Kindly follow up with me within the next five days regarding my refund request at the mentioned contact information.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours Sincerely,

Ali Roushanzamir, MBA

What could be right

What could be right? Terrible customer service, dishonest methods, and mediocre product and design. I had a stock lug break on an air rifle ( poor design), got the part ordered from crossman. The initial order went well, but quickly went down hill. I was told the product would ship within 24-48 hours, when the deadline wasn’t met, I was told next day. As you imagine, it didn’t ship. I was told the next day, then told it’s packaged and waiting for USPS! Both lies. The tracking number sent was a bad link. I found it through USPS though, but lo and behold the shipping status was “ shipping label created, usps awaiting item.” Here I am a week and half later and no stock lugs. They quit answering my emails, and I quit calling. I normally wouldn’t care about but I can’t stand dishonesty. I also articulated that I was on a really short dead line, but was given no option to expedite. Still, one would think two weeks would be plenty of time for basically two screw. Go gamo, Beeman, umarex, or literally anything but crossman. My current status is “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending” thanks for dropping this off on a timely manner.

Bought 2 airsoft guns for my son Don't buy Crosman

Bought 2 airsoft guns for my son. Both quit working not long after buying them. I tried calling 2 times to see about fixing them or warranty. They act like your bothering them by calling. It is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never buy another Crosman product again not will I recommend them to anyone.

Crosman was a great company once

Crosman Canada is really Distrilogistic Canada in Montreal Canada where I live. I had no idea I was ordering from another company. I found out that after I received the invoice. The cost of a Crosman 1875 pistol was outrageously high compared to several other Canadian companies online selling the same product? I tried to call them, no luck so I emailed Distrilogistic. I received an email “Due to significant calls and emails, it’s taking longer than usual for us to respond. One of our Customer Service Representative will examine your request and contact you as soon as possible.” After 16 days I haven’t received a reply. I contacted Crosman USA and received a response, “I can’t promise I can do anything regarding the issue but I promise I will look into it and educate myself.” Randy.

Crosman was a great company in the past and I purchased and repaired many models since the SA-6. Unfortunately like many companies they have become greedy. There are many other companies to deal with. I suggest Umarex.

Not only is this the company that even got things started with well-made pellet and BB guns. I've had a couple problems with a couple of guns but the customer service is unbelievable they are so nice I dealt with a young woman named Beth she definitely deserves a reward or someone should buy her lunch because she's just as awesome as all the rest that I speak to it crosman. I'm a small game hunter and I'm damn good at it so I wouldn't waste my time with junk. It's a crosman world. 😎😎😎

I purchased 2 SR357 airsoft pistols and…

I purchased 2 SR357 airsoft pistols and after a few months the internals flaked into peices rendering my mechanism unoperable. Poor accuracy, poor quality, poor customer service that can't take criticism. ASG and dan wesson should sue crossman for poorly copying their design. I hope crossman goes bankrupt for screwing customers like this. If you own an Sr 357 do not shoot it. Put it in your closet until you can get a refund. The internals were made out of pot metal. I can say for certain that the sr357 is made out of the poorest, lowest quality materials. If this is the best airsoft pistol they got then their best is trash. After grilling them for their poor design they refused to honnor my warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM CROSSMAN! SHAME ON YOU FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH YOUR GARBAGE!

Crosman no longer produces a quality item

I have now purchased three Crosman Legacy 1000 pellet and BB rifles. These are the biggest pieces of garbage God ever allowed Walmart to sell and Crosman to deliver. Less than 35 to 40 pellets through the gun at 10 pumps and the gun is done it no longer fires and no longer built pressure what a piece of junk. Go to your local swap shop and pick up a 22 because these guns are crap.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Good Luck talking to a live person. I tried 3 times calling the company.
Quality Control is non-existent. I bought a 500 rd tin of .177 pointed pellets, opened it up, it was full of hollow points.

CenterPoint Crossbow by Crosman Corporation.

0 Stars for Crosman Corporation, the manufacturer of my CenterPoint 415 Amped.
5 stars for Sportsman’s Guide as always. I purchased my CenterPoint 415 Amped on 9/1/2019. Great price and quick shipping. I did a lot of research before I purchased and found that the CenterPoint 415 was the best bow for the $$$. I’m a 1st year Crossbow hunter and did not want to invest in a high end crossbow for my 1st Crossbow purchase.
I finally had the opportunity to sight in my new CenterPoint 415 on 11/6/2019.
Everything about the Crossbow looks great and built well “EXCEPT” for one design flaw.
Cocking the crossbow is easy and I loaded my 1st bolt. As expected, it doesn’t shoot on center. I made my scope adjustments (note: I invested in a better quality illuminated scope because the CP scope that comes with the 415 is poor quality. I didn’t even mount the CP scope) Anyways, I attempt to cock my 415 crossbow multiple times and it will not cock so that I can shoot my next bolt. I look at the Bolt Retention Spring and it’s mangled. I stop and call Crosman Corporation Technical Department. Huge mistake, and I won’t go into all of the details. In the end it was totally my fault according to the phone technician for not cocking the string as in the written instructions. I followed the instructions and watched info-videos prior to using my Crosbow and I did cock the string as instructed. CenterPoint “doesn’t” even stock the replacement retention spring and I have to wait 2 days for the replacement. THANKFULLY, I have an awesome Bow Shop near by and I was told to bring it in. The owner called the the local / regional Rep and he is going to the Bow Shop today (11/7/19) with the parts to fix my bow. Awesome Service !!!! The Rep told me that he carries these parts with him because this is a common problem that Crosman will not address or correct. I regret purchasing this CenterPoint 415 because of the design flaw and the terrible assistance that I received from Crosman. Thankfully, the Rep is going to make this right. The Bow Shop I do business with is now considering to NOT sell the CenterPoint Crossbow line because of this incident. The owner literally received his 1st CenterPoint Crossbow to sell on 11/6/2019, the same day my problem occurred. He knows the Rep very well and stated that “we will see what happens”.
Please understand, I understand design and engineering. I am a Mechanical Engineer that has 34 years experience in the manufacturing industry. This is definitely a design flaw and needs to be corrected.
