I had a complicated refund to handle through Viabuy/Crosscard and the provided support was amazing and excellent. Absolutely professional and on time. Answers were quick and even in the case of providing documents it never took longer than 3 days to get all settled. The person who handled my support ticket was dedicated to help me even when it seems that there would be no standard way. One of my best service experience in the financial and banking sector so far.
Amazing customer service, love their product and how it works, hopefully some more features will come within the future as my company is already benefitting from it!
