I wish I had checked the reviews on…

I wish I had checked the reviews on this company before I placed my order. My order was supposed to arrive on 12/23 and that didn't happen, so I went to the website to track my order. First, I was under the impression that this was an American company and that the country of origin was the US. It is NOT. I will not be ordering from this company again. I haven't received my order yet but based on the reviews I am now not looking forward to getting it.

I am beginning to think this is a scam! I ordered on December 14, 2025 and still
Have not received my order. They were meant to be Christmas gifts for my husband. Let's please report to correct authorities for this scam to be shut down off the internet!!

I have still not received my order that…

I have still not received my order that was ordered on December 7. The tracking number is erroneous I cannot access it at at all. These two sweaters were also meant to be Christmas gifts. Please do not order from them. I will be seeking PayPal to get reimbursed.
I heard back from the vendor and they told me to contact customer service. Haha! They did not provide a number, I called the one under their email for help. The number is non working!

This has been the worst shipping…

This has been the worst shipping experience of my life!!! I ordered 2 sweaters as a gift December 2,2025 it’s December 28th and still have yet to receive it!!!! I’m really thinking about calling my bank and saying it’s a scam! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND PLEASE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Never rec’d sweaters ordered 3 weeks ago

I ordered 2 sweaters on 12/7/2025. Never received them. Tracking number that was provided gives vague details of where my order is. I have emailed this company with no reply. Doubtful that I will ever receive a refund of the $85 I foolishly spent with this company. Buyer beware.

Still have not received order. Placed 12/14/25. Thought they were in USA but they are not. Doubt I ever receive order.

14 day return window is ridiculous and 2 sizes too small

I bought a sweater as a christmas gift for my husband, and it is way too small (by 2 sizes!), but I see now that their return window is only 14 days. That is very unfair, as all other retailers extend the return window for the holiday. I will not order from this company again, nor do i recommend them or their products.

I always get annoyed when websites make…

I always get annoyed when websites make you re-enter your info a million times. I especially hate that when I’m trying to use Shop Pay. Checkout at Cross Crown Store was completely seamless and super fast. The easy checkout plus their scripture mug collection makes this my new go-to shop.

Be aware of their return policy back to China

Purchased a jacket. While it was a fairly inexpensive purchase the construction and fabric looked cheap. Shame on me, you get what you pay for. The fit was also a little small for a US XL. It was tagged as 2XL so clearly not labeled for U.S. sizes. The delivered package was return addressed from Los Angeles. I requested a refund within the 14 day window but in order to get a full refund I was instructed to return it to CHINA. By the time I pay $25+ to ship it overseas it just isn't worth my time and trouble as they've eaten 1/3 of my purchase price with return shipping. The other option is I keep the purchase and they give me a 30% partial refund which is what I chose. I would not buy from them again knowing the poor return policy, while it is consistent with their description, it is deceptive. Especially when Amazon and other US retailers have a far more convenient return policy. Clearly this business model is to get you once and take your money rather than sell you a quality item that would make you become a return customer.

Ad says this is a two-piece men's…

The size is too small. It's an XL men's but fits more like a medium. So wish I would have read the review first!! Lesson Learned!

Is this a Scam!?

Well, since my order over 2.5 weeks ago, I've heard nothing, apart from an automated email! I've tried tracking the parcel, where it just states 'Info. Revieved' and 'Parcel Data Reviced' on the 10th December; It's now the 24th! The automated email response claims a reply within 48 hours. The website claims to respond within 24 hours. This was 4 days ago and neither have happened. Extremely unprofessional and not happy with no response or updates.

False Advertising

I placed an order for 2 sweaters on December 14 2025. Their Facebook ad and company website both said shipment was guaranteed by Christmas. I ordered because it appeared they were based in the US. I would never have ordered Christmas presents to be delivered from China 10 days before Christmas whether it guaranteed delivery before Christmas or not. They are still running ads over the weekend on Facebook that guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

The only way I have found to contact the company is via email or via message on their Facebook page. I have sent 4 messages over the last week because it shows that my items have yet to ship on December 23rd. I have yet to receive a response, so now I have to scramble to replace Christmas presents at the last minute.

Placed order December 5th

Placed order December 5th, even paid extra for the 100% guarantee. As of December 23rd, items have NOT been delivered, tracking has not moved in DAYS, and no response to my numerous emails. This was the main present for my boys. VERY disappointed and feel scammed.

I placed an order with this company back in November and I still have not received my package! Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have never done so. This is Just ridiculous.

This is Just ridiculous..
