Excellent service, so simple to use, ordered shredding bags, came within 2 days, called to arrange collection which was simple and received certificate of destruction within 24 hours of the bags being collected

Everything was very simple and straight-forward. It was my choice to pop round and collect a couple of bags, one to be filled in immediately and the other 'for later'. The next day I dropped off the first bag, full 14/04/2023of assorted paperwork, and received a certificate of destruction within hours. Great not having to worry about staples, or stiff card etc. Polite, friendly and efficient service.

Lots of options available but after spending some time researching, opted for this company. The process was the easiest and best explained out of all I found, it was completely transparent re costs unlike others and offered better value (actually the cheapest) out of the shortlisted options. They were responsive, helpful and reliable before and after the service. As others mentioned it was hassle-free. I will definitely use them again in future.

Very painless. Ordered shredding bags which arrived two days later. Filled the bags and contacted Cross Cut Shredding for collection on one of their designated collection days in my area. Bags collected and Certificate of Destruction emailed the next day. No filling the bath with papers to turn into sludge or using a home shredder that overheats after 15 pages have been fed in.
