If you live in US it’s ok
‘Life long guarantee’ only applies if you live in US and then you need to pay 10 dollars to cover postage
But they don’t tell you this when you buy one in the UK
They suggest having it repaired at a jewellers ‘ at my own cost’ due to changes in policy?
Always been a reputable brand but not so anymore
Had pen less than six months- may as well buy cheap throw away ones next time
