Very well would recommend this to anyone

We bought our first house from Croudace in 1998 and it remains one of the best houses we ever purchased. One of our relatives is a Project Manager at a large construction company and I remember him saying how good the quality was when viewing it mid-build. Have always kept an eye on their developments since, and don't rule out buying from them again if they do any new projects around the New Forest. In summary, an excellent and consistent company.

The sales team were fantastic and very supportive throughout the buying process. Since moving in the customer service team have been very responsive and helpful.

The sales staff at The Paddocks were super helpful in helping us choose house types and supply us with the details we needed to make a decision. If the information to hand was not available they saw to it that we were updated with the information subsequently.

Really great experience from buying to moving in and beyond. We felt no pressure throughout the purchase and the after sale customer service has been above and beyond what we expected.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sales team has been incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step of the process and making everything as smooth as possible. Thank you Cassie and Kaia for your outstanding support they truly went the extra mile to make the journey enjoyable and stress-free. Now that I’ve moved in, I couldn’t be happier with my new home it’s beautifully finished and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

They are always cheerful, excellent communication , providing a prompt and professional service. There is no job these guys can't do! Thank you both for being so respectful of my home , clean, tidy and a high level of workmanship.

Great experience from start to finish and really great quality, beautiful looking home. Sales team are friendly and helpful - really focus on customer service. Small delay with communication between solicitors but this could have been down to my own solicitors. Snags currently being worked through but Croudace have been very responsive. Environment is lovely, very spacious and well kept. Home is beautiful and a lovely space to live. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful,sales staff who really know their stuff.

I bought my first home through Croudace and the process was completely seamless. From reserving the plot, to watching the house be built, the handover process and then the aftercare, I cannot fault them. The house was built was 0 major issues and ahead of schedule by 3 weeks (unheard of with new builds!). Since moving in there have been a few snagging issues but with an allocated customer care coordinator, they have been resolved extremely quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend anyone buying a home through Croudace, particularly a first time buyer like myself as the process was completely stress free.

Lots of new homes in area I’m looking at.

Really offputting sales assistant. Not friendly or welcoming. Air of arrogance and very dismissive. Aggressive sales tactics repeatedly chasing via phone consecutive days after with no negotiation, no incentives and no flooring unless you pay £6000 for the pleasure. Other development are offering blind and curtain packages and 5% towards the deposit. Generally a bad attitude. Didnt request a time to call. Just phoned directly and trying to force an offer. For that reason I will not be purchasing.

Kevin and Garry did an amazing job fixing the cracks in our walls and painting them beautifully. They were not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful. The results look flawless, and they left everything spotless. Highly recommend these two for their great work and kind attitude!
