I've been invested with them since…
I've been invested with them since 2014. They pay rent out monthly, and although it's been a difficult year because of covid, rent is still paid out monthly and on time.

Very happy with the service received from this company. Fair decisions made with quick communication.
Excellent service and problem solved!
After posting a review saying I was happy with the rent but disappointed that 3 of my properties had been on the market for 2 years without being sold, Crowd2Let contacted me and offered to buy back my shares for a reasonable price.
So, after 6 years of income, I have my capital back plus small interest, so I now give them 5 stars!
A positive experience
Rents are paid reliably and on time, and although a couple of properties I invested in were scheduled to have been sold a few years ago, they remain unsold. Although it wasn't straight forward, I contacted C2L who have subsequently offered to buy back my shares, something they actioned really quickly. Had they been a bit more proactive, this would have been a 5 star review, but on the whole my experience was a positive one, hence the 4 stars.
A little bit disappointing
A little bit disappointing. I began in 2014 and all the rents are paid reliably on time. However, the house they put on the market at the end of agreement period (June 2018) has not sold. The maintenance fund has been exhausted (so my return falls short some months.) And as they collect a slice of the rent each month I suspect they are not too bothered.
Update 10.12.21 - The property still has not sold (in what we have been told is a seller's market.) My monthly rent return is shrinking as the maintenance funds are depleted. Change "A Little Bit Disappointing" to "Very Disappointing."
Turns out the whole thing is yet another scam
Stay away from this, and if you invested, make sure you download all evidences for an upcoming trial, as it seems to be the only way out.
Invested with Crowd2Let since 2015
Invested with Crowd2Let since 2015. All I can say is everything has been exactly as described/expected. My income has been received every month on time and I have not experienced a single missed rent on any of my rental property shares. Also my investment funds have been returned to me in full at the end of the investment period. I cant find any complaints from anyone on the internet and they started in 2014, unlike several other similar platforms.
So far so good
I invested in a 50k loan note for a development property. only 2 months in but so far they paid interest monthly on time, the question is what will happen at the end of the 12 month period when its time to pay back....
They have not provided any information update on the development but they do not have to with it being a loan note.
My only question is that there is constantly a loan note development fund open on their website to invest in, are they so busy buying run-down houses to refurbish as they claim, or is there something we don't know??
Would love to hear from other people's experiences....
